Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sea of Marmara

I was come here for one week with my husband and my little one from UK . I’m so happy with everything. Great area , good bed space , clean flat but should be change some things for new. Broken handles from bathroom , for towels , things in shower broken as well. Netflix doesn’t work. Anyway I’m happy with this house I think I’ll back again. I’m recommending ☺️

The house is very clean and everything has been considered up to the smallest detail. The location is close to everywhere and the host communication was quick and sincere, we were very satisfied, thank you.

It was a great experience for my wife and I. It was our first trip in Turkey and Erol and his friend/coworker Malik made our stay memorable! To begin with, Erol and Malik greeted us with immense respect and love though we were strangers and made us feel comfortable like family. We had concerns about the political situation there but he made us feel safe. Erol started off with a great smile and warmth and took all his time to show us the best places to visit specially the best affordable and good restaurants. He was ready and prepared, we loved his proactiveness! He gave us a map with clear indications of each places and told us what is where specifically mentioned the walking distance so my wife feels at ease. We stayed there for 4 days and he was always responding whenever and wherever we needed help. We couldn’t ask for better and we will definitely go back to Istanbul!

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

Ms. Merve and Mr. Tolga were so good that maybe we stayed in the best apartment on AIRBNB. They, their apartment, their interests were magnificent. It may be the only place we will be left😊💛. Hope to see you again

I stayed at the property with my 3 young boys and with my dear wife for about a week. We truly enjoyed it. Emre is a lovely and an experienced host. He is super responsive and embodies Turkish hospitality in what he does. He provided not only practical instructions but also made us feel home. It's not news that they house has beautiful view but also has all the appliances a family needs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My host gave me a ride to the airport making it much more convenient. Five stars all the way!

New unit with an incredible view. It is located in one of the nicest areas in Istanbul as well.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

Ms. Sema was approachable and friendly, the reasons for the clean kitchen inside the house were sufficient. There was a local power outage problem, but Ms. Sema provided the necessary information, so we were able to make our plan accordingly. We will choose to stay again.

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. Let's get to the point of communication, Ms. Kübra and Mr. Burak are very kind and kind, thank you for this, they were very interested in everything

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !
