We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

I would definitely recommend everyone to go, you can feel yourself on the Black Sea side, here the mountain and greenery view is beautiful, the sea view is beautiful, Bekir brother is very helpful, he helped me in everything, I thank him, I will definitely choose this place again for my next holiday plan, happy holidays to everyone 🫶🏼

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful garden and outside pool area made our stay even better. I’d definitely recommend this property and the great host Deniz!

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

Mr. Muammer was very interested and gave clear information about the house. There was more than enough in the house. We felt like our own home. The pool was very large and functional. The house was very large. Thank you very much for everything.

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

You deserve such a good comment, thank you for everything, and we preferred it... A beautiful garden, a patio with a magnificent view, a useful kitchen, a spotless bathroom and toilet area , a quiet bedroom If you have a full retreat stop vehicle, you will be much more comfortable. 10 minutes by car everywhere Cleanliness,calmness,peace,nature,sand and sea can promise another holiday. The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

Great stay at Orbay, responsive host to all requests! Accommodation located in a tourist area where transport is accessible to visit the whole city. As a result, the street is quite noisy in the evening. Functional air conditioning in each room. Breakfast option below the accommodation is appreciable!

I stayed with my wife and child for 2 nights. It was a very good accommodation for us. The house and garden are even more beautiful than they appear in the photos. You use the same garden as the host, but there is no privacy issue. There are tools and equipment available to meet your needs at home. The host Mr. Hüseyin is a friendly, pleasant and helpful person. The atmosphere of the village where the house is located is also very nice. It is very enjoyable to sit in the village coffee house and drink tea and coffee. We are leaving happily. Thanks to Mr. Hüseyin and his family.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

The apartment was great, everything was very clean and the location was great. The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't open the windows.

The apartment is excellent. It has all the amenities and equipment for a comfortable vacation. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV screens, very comfortable mattresses. Conclusion: Chris's stay was 5 stars. The location of the apartment is very excellent. Tram station less than 100 meters away. It is one stop away from the wonderful neighborhood of Balat. Of course, when I travel to Istanbul, Chris's apartment will be my first choice

Close to everything, very available host

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

Ömür's place is exactely what you see in the photos. Compact and clean. Simple and comfortable. His wife and he made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed the authentic neighborhood, away from the Istanbul tourist madness, and felt comfortable in the house. Merve is super nice and, like Ozkan, absolutely uncomplicated.
