Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sea of Marmara

We spent a great week at the flat. It is located very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, while quiet at night. The owner had a table and two chairs installed for us to eat when we noticed there were none in the photos. The bed was ok, the shower great, with hot water, the WiFi and television worked perfectly. The flat is not really equipped to cook. Basics but no more. We missed a kitchen towel, some kitchen paper/ paper napkin and a pair of scissors. There are no curtains but only blinds at the windows, it is therefore bright very early in the morning in the bedroom. The flat otherwise is very cosy, decorated with taste and very comfortable. The terrasse on the roof offers a great view on the Bosphore. Communication with Sibel was smooth but minimal. We did not have the opportunity to meet her. We recommend this flat, bearing in mind the few points mentioned before.

A very nice little accommodation for a solo traveler, equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet stay. Kadiköy is my favorite neighborhood in Istanbul, very lively without being too touristy, with a huge amount of restaurants and bars.

If I could give 6 stars, I would give them to this wonderful host. He is really helpful. I recommend him to all hosts around the world.

Incredible home, clean and cozy. Our family was extremely impressed with the stay, living room and bedrooms were nice and big and the kitchen was well equipped! Location was top notch! Around 15 minutes to taksim square, and 10 minutes down to kabatas for the ferries or tram. There were also some nice coffee shops on the way down to the tram where with great views of the Bosphorus. Istanbul is such a walkable city that on one day we actually took the tram to the grand bazaar and walked all the way back, through the spice bazaar, Galata bridge, galata tower, and taksim square! Host was very responsive and proactive, sending a detailed list of suggestions for the surroundings. They were also very helpful answering questions we had before arriving, and were kind enough to accommodate flexible check in/out times to make the most of our time in Istanbul. Definitely recommend this stay for families or groups visiting Istanbul for the great location and property.

Enes’s place was great! Nice and clean with fast wifi if you need to work. Also close to Memorial hospital if you are doing a health check up. Perfect for a week long stay.

The apartment is well-situated, offering convenient access to shopping malls and other key points of interest. The building staff is friendly, and accessibility is excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you.

The house is really clean and furnitures are new. Really comfortable house. The house really has all the amenities needed when travelling. We manage to cook, get our laundry done at the same time enjoying bursa. From the house location, mini market was just down the road, slight hilly to the house <100m to the main road and you can get all the great food there. Walk to bursa grand bazaar and bursa grand mosque was mostly flat and close. We managed to go back home multiple times for some rest and back to the bursa grand bazaar again within the same day.

We did not have any problems during the stay. The house was as in the photos. It was really good in terms of transportation. The subway is right nearby. There are Migrosjet, a pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. in the vicinity. Everything was as described.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was exactly as described—clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment I booked, Zeynep was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available, responsive, and genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I’m so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

I can say that it was the cleanest house we stayed in, which made it feel like our own home. The location is already very good 5 and 10 minutes to the airport. The site was also very safe and peaceful. The entrance and exit is smooth. Due to the location, the metro is very close to everywhere. The house was hot, even though the weather was cold. And it was really spotless. The house smelled very nice and the fact that there was no smoking in the house. The host, Ms. Busra, was also very kind and caring and very helpful with everything. everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

We came as 10 teachers, first of all, we would like to thank Mr. Kemal for accepting us, he accepted us as a group. The location of your house is very good, very quiet, I felt like I came to my grandmother's house, it was very clean, the kitchen was renovated, everything was there. Mr. Kemal showed us around his house, we really felt like we were at home. The garden is very well maintained, the only problem is that the water flows from the bathroom shower cabin and the battery is broken, I think, and the pool is 1m deep, but we still had a lot of fun. We will come again, thank you for your cleanliness and tidiness, we all left happy.

Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.
