Beachfront holiday rentals in Sea of Marmara

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed by Mustafa and were always able to contact him with our questions. The beach is just around the corner and restaurants are within walking and driving distance. The house was sufficiently equipped and we had a good time there.

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

The location of the house, the historical textures around it, its spacious and peaceful garden, the fact that it is in touch with nature, its attentive decoration... everything was almost fairytale. The environment is very authentic and calm, every detail is thought out. Since we stayed in April, nature was awakening; the sea was beautiful, the days with the sounds of birds are different. We really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ms. Başak and Mr. Celesay, were extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful people. Thanks to them, we felt very comfortable and safe. It was a short vacation for us but very good for our soul. We sincerely appreciate everything.

Great stay and great communication

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. The location and views of the house are truly amazing. The house was very clean and attentive. The host was very caring. It provides a solution for any of your problems within 5 minutes. You can have a fire in the garden. You can come with 4 friends and stay comfortably. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer. You can choose with your eyes closed. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
