Apartment holiday rentals in Sea Island

Beautiful lodging and setting. The place is very well stocked and very clean. There were many small touches that meant a lot (a Keurig and a full-size coffee pot; a personal fan in the bedroom along with the ceiling fan). Small things that are helpful. There is a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The island is small so it is very easy to get around to see things and to great restaurants. We enjoyed the historic district and the Georgia sea turtle center. We loved lunch at the restaurant by the Holiday Inn and dinner at the Jekyll and Hyde restaurant (pricey, but absolutely delicious). We also enjoyed lunch at the Wharf. We did have noisy neighbors above us the last night. I almost went upstairs to ask them to be quiet (but decided it wasn't worth it). They were heavy walkers, not partyers. There's not much a host can do about that. If we return to Jekyll Island we will stay here again.

This was by far the best choice I could have made for a two-week business stay. I didn’t realize how close to my favorite places on the island this condo was. Excellent location, well appointed condo, easy access and Nicole was awesome to communicate with. Very satisfied.

Leslie was so easy to work with and always responded quickly! She's a great host and touches base to make sure everything is going well. The condo is in a lovely complex with two swimming pools and paddleball courts. It was super busy the weekend we were there, but it was quiet and everyone was friendly. The condo was so comfortable that it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking several meals there and then eating out on the patio. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated. The beach was lovely and you could walk to it, but we drove. All the beaches are public with public parking right by the beach. The downtown/pier was fun to explore, too. Lots of shops. Some good restaurants, too. Be sure to check out Fort Frederika and the lighthouse on the island. It was a great place to relax and enjoy Island Life. We definitely would stay here again when we're in the area.

Cynthia’s place is a great stay! Would definitely come back. They have a pool right across the street that has a smaller pool for babies and has a grill. Plenty of space in the house. The beds are a little hard but got the job done! Cynthia was a great host!

My boyfriend and I stayed here to attend a wedding. We had such a good time and it was the perfect place just for us two.😊

A great place to stay! Exactly as described and had everything we needed and much more. 20 minute walk to the pier and shops which was great. Biking distance to the beach. The unit is well furnished and comfortable, and both the unit and the complex were very clean and well kept. D’Anna was great too - very helpful and quick to respond. We were really happy with D’Anna and her condo and highly recommend it!

400 Ocean Suites is at a perfect location. Turn the corner and you are in the village area and can easily walk to lots of shops, restaurants, the pier, and Neptune Park. The room was a bit confusing to locate as we could not see room numbers outside of the building and did not know where we should enter to find our room. Be sure to bring most of what you would need to cook. They have plates, utensils, but very limited pots and pans. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. The location more than makes up for any minor inconvenience!

Host was very nice and was always quick to respond. They were flexible with us prolonging our original dates, and the home was perfect for our family of four! Would definitely book again!

Amazing location! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it was just as good this time as the last. Walking distance to the pier and everything on Mallery Street. We will be back!!

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay on Saint Simon’s Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Candice's place was everything that we needed. It was clean and nice. So close to the beach, and i loved the pool and work out area. A very convenient location for groceries and anything that you may need away from home. I could have stayed there for weeks. Great communication!

We truly loved our stay at Mary’s place. The location to the beach was unbeatable, and the house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was awesome! We brought our twin two year olds on their first AirBNB adventure and it couldn’t have gone better. We loved the property, everyone was very nice and friendly. Also Anita is great, we had a hiccup with the door lock that was most likely user error, and Anita was very quick to help us in the middle of the day on a Tuesday! All in all the place was wonderful and it was a much needed vacation for us.

We had a great stay at April’s condo! Everything was very clean and just as described. The condo worked great for us as we were in town for a golf tournament and to visit extended family. It was so nice that we could bring our dog, too. The location was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach!

We had a great time at Dan’s place. An easy walk to the Pier Village, which is where the action is. And an easy drive to other points of interest on St Simon island.

This was our first time staying in SSI and I was grateful for the slow pace. The condo was 10 minutes or less from the beach and restaurants. Scott was very responsive and detailed with instructions. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us and others.

Cindy's place was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. She provided all of the information that was needed. I did not have to reach out for anything. Highly recommend her place.

We had the best stay at Karen’s condo! Very clean unit, walkable to restaurants and beach. We’d definitely stay again!

Such a beautifully updated condo! We really appreciated all the extras included such as a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and kids sand tools. It made it so easy to travel between the condo and the beach. The entire community was clean and well maintained and the pool was beautiful. The complex had few units rented or being used while we were there however, we went the week before Memorial Day when I believe the property and the island will be busy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a nice getaway!

Amelia’s condo was a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee or enjoying a book. We hope to visit again.
