I’ve filled this small space with a giant personality of art I’ve collected over the years- whether it’s the Japanese 1970’s dinnerware or the stack of books on modern art and education, you’ll feel like you’re staying in a bit of a library, with vibrant colors abound, tucked in a quiet street but within walking distance to great food and live music. This is a (frog) finished room over a detached garage. It is a 340 square-foot space above a one car garage. You can park on the private road, space for oversized vehicles. The stairs to the frog are outside. We are centrally located on Saint Simons Island 5 miles from the pier village and beach. Close to everything else. Shopping, dining, easy access on and off the island. This is a new construction home built in 2024. There are cameras on the property for your protection and safety.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

Perfect location if you want to island hop. It is not near the beach. There is ample parking available around the beaches, and it is free. When we stayed, some renovations were underway around the complex. The pool area is situated directly outside the back porch, providing a quiet and serene setting. The condo is spottles and clean. The outdoor shower located on the front porch entrance offers an easy way to clean your feet after spending time at the beach. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend. We will be back.

Stacy is a fantastic host. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do that. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies. The location was very convenient to the pier, beach access, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay at Stacy 's place again.

The town house had a great coastal feel, furniture was comfy, bright and comfortable . The sun room was my favorite. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the appliances were outstanding. The view of #10 on Sea Palms made for great golf viewing. The sun rises over the lake were stunning. Also, fun to watch the turtles and alligators on the pond on 10! First time to St. Simons Island wish we would have stayed longer. Great local restaurants.

Such a quiet, peaceful cabin. Cynthia is a responsive host, and the cabin is well equipped with everything you need, plus a few extras! You may see a few cockroaches skittering around, but with the nature that surrounds the home, it seems almost like a staple of staying in the south. Everything in the cabin is very clean and well maintained, and bed is super cozy. Would definitely stay again!
