Diese Straße hat einen unfassbar tollen vibe. 5 Minuten zum Englisch Garten. 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt. 22 Minuten zum Airport ( Ohne Verkehr ;) ) Nicht nur super günstig gelegen, liegt die Whg in Altschwabing. Süße Cafes direkt ums Eck oder ein entspannter Sommernachtspaziergang durch die Straßen in Altschwabing machen die Wohnung zu dem perfekten Standort um München zu erkunden. Meine Wohnung hat eine ganz besondere Bedeutung für mich und ich hoffe man spürt die Energy auch als Gast.

Meine Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Wohlig warm durch Fußbodenheizung. Tolle Lage zwischen engl. Garten, Münchner Freiheit und Kneipenviertel (beides 7 min zu Fuß) und 100m von einer U-Bahn U6,: 10 Min. ins Zentrum und 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof oder stadtauswärts direkt zur Allianzarena (30 Min.) oder TUM gelangt. Großer Balkon, hell und sonnig, großzügiger Flur, Wohnzimmer, Bad m. Fenster, Badewanne, WC, 2 Waschbecken, Küche,Schlafzimmer und Gäste-WC Fahrstuhl.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

Welcome to our 75 m² large and quiet old building apartment in the middle of Altschwabing. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as the immediate proximity to the English Garden (5 minutes walk) and the good connection with U-Bahn, bus and tram (2 minutes to Münchner Freiheit) you will feel completely comfortable during your stay. Manuel was responsive and helpful from the very start. My flight got it in early and because nobody had the apt the night before I was able to check in early. If I hadn't he would have helped with that too. He gave great recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood and was alway helpful with any questions I had. The apartment is bright and cheery with lots of plants in the livingroom, one of which I may have killed, and beautiful flowering ones on the balcony. It was very quiet at night and the area felt very safe. If you're going to Munich don't hesitate to book Manuel's apartment. He's a lovely person and the apartment is perfect.

Everything is wonderful! My 2nd stay at Beate's - again great, highly recommended. I'd love to come back.
