Marcel's place was excellent, it had great amenities and we could not have asked for any more. We chose to eat at restaurants rather than cook ourselves but the facilities seemed to have everything you would need. The bathroom was clean, the living space was spacious and the balcony was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The location is a little outside the centre but the bus and train transport links were excellent so it was no stress at all to get around. Marcel was incredibly proactive in sending us instructions to find the location and helping us with travel queries. We could not have asked for any more and would highly recommend.

Extraordinary and never experienced in any other accommodation was the provision of food and drink. Breakfast and dinner were therefore easily possible. The hosts go out of their way to provide a great stay. A forgotten pair of swimsuits were sent to us without any hassle. We enjoyed everything. We will gladly come back.

Quiet location in Schenefeld, within walking distance of the Schenefeld shopping center. From the outside, the facade of the 10-story building looks a bit worn. The elevator from 1972 is also prone to technical failures, and upon arrival we had to lug our luggage up the staircase. We were all the more surprised when we arrived in the bright, modern renovated apartment on the 4th floor. Everything very clean, lots of light from 2 sides in the living room, fast Internet, large flat screen TV. We were lucky with the weather, so we could enjoy the evening sun on the west-facing balcony with a view of the countryside. In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of utensils, we were able to take care of ourselves very well. The communication also worked great, via AirBnB Bernd-Christian responded very promptly to our inquiries (the elevator was already working again the next day). Recommended apartment with a good price-performance level.
