Monthly Rentals in Saxtead Green

Elm Tops is absolutely beautiful, big rooms and spotlessly clean. Its in a very peaceful location but if you want choice of places to walk to for a meal then this isn't for you. The grounds a really large but they are not fenced in at all so not good for small children. They do need a little attention but we got the feeling that this is a work in progress for the owners. However, the lawn was well tended and there are a lot of well established trees and shrubs. We would highly recommend Elm Tops for a stay in Suffolk.

Lovely old cottage; very well appointed and very comfortable. I can't fault it. it's in an ideal location for Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Framlingham, Woodbridge and the Suffolk coast. The owner is really nice too. Highly recommended.

We had a great 3 night break and the accommodation was perfect for the two of us. Exactly as described with helpful instruction booklet and very welcome milk and biscuits on arrival. Very handy for the town centre and plenty of cafés and eating places. would definitely recommend.
