Beach house holiday rentals in Savannah

My husband and I have been using vacation rentals for the last eight years, and Alli’s takes the cake. Most importantly to me, it was extremely clean. You can tell everything gets washed, you can see the cleaning lines on the couch. Additionally, it truly is so close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. We adventured throughout the area quite a bit and were so grateful for the location of our stay in relation to where the going-ons were. The outdoor shower post-beach was a game changer for our young kids. While the mosquitos can be major pests at times, the screened-in porch gives you the perfect protection while still enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather—and perfect for summer thunderstorms! All in all, we loved our stay!

This was a wonderful house. From the street it looks like a modest ranch house, but inside it feels much larger. The sliding door and windows on back provide a great view of the water. It is not unusual to rent a place for a vacation trip then end up spending time to search for and purchase kitchen utensils or other items not in the property. Not so here. Everything we needed to cook was provided. We walked to the beach without problem. We walked to Pier 16 and the Tybee shopping district near public pier but most of the time the grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunsets are amazing. We saw an otter, dolphins, and jellyfish. We practiced catch and release but the kids were thrilled by the fish they reeled in -- mostly sheepshead. The house was very clean and we were surprised to find a starter set of ground coffee for the drip machine and pods for the Keurig provided. Water pressure was good and I liked having both a walk-in shower (master) and a bathtub (hall bathroom).

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

Miranda was amazing. Quick to respond from the time we made the reservation to the day we left. She went above and beyond to address our issues. The location is great - it really is a quick walk to the beach. Loved the house and the hosts!

Beautiful beach house on a lovely, quiet street! We did not drive any during our stay. This house is close to everything with short walk to the beach. We loved the big kitchen and living room area. The beds and couch were super comfy! The decor was so unique and beautiful. Great parking and easy access to get in house!

We had a wonderful stay and loved every minute of our vacation. House was just as described and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to make many meals. Super close to beach and all the shops and restaurants at the south end. 5 plus stars for sure.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and local restaurants. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to prepare a few meals. It was a great place to spend some well needed downtime as a family. Would recommend!

We had a great time at our short stay. We had to rush around and book something due to another not so great place. We booked day of and was able to check in early. She was there to greet us and helped us with food recommendations.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

We had such a great time at Linda and Jay’s Beachside Hilton Head Island home! This was our first family vacation with our one year old and we had such a blast! The house was the perfect size. We were able to rent a crib and high chair for our son which was very convenient. The backyard pool was perfect for the afternoons and the hot tub was great for the evenings. The pool was clean and free of debris. It was also just a short ride to the beach - either by bike or car. We had clear check in and check out instructions which was helpful. The checkout instructions were not difficult, like some other places are. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful time! We would absolutely stay here again.

This house is in a fantastic location! 3 minute walk to the beach can't be beat and having the option of the pool in the backyard was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our beach days, like beach carts, chairs, coolers, towels & toys. The location was perfect too. Easy to get to the beach and to shopping areas. We enjoyed everything about this house. Would highly recommend!

It was everything we expected. The community was very welcoming. The restaurant down the road “Sea Wolfe” was great food great drinks fabulous bartender. The property was clean. They had beach stuff for us. They had wagons to tow the stuff to the beach. We had bicycles to ride. It was just overall 1 to 10 this place was 12. I would definitely rent again.

Angela was a great host and the house was just perfect. The location was quiet and close to the areas we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be visiting again.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was so convenient to the beach and pool area, as well as a nice, shaded playground for our daughter. Zach and Allison were super responsive and I appreciated their suggestions on places to check out!

This Airbnb was fantastic!! The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Everything was super clean and the hosts were very detail oriented about everything regarding their home. Would definitely not only recommend, but book again!!

Cute, simple place to stay with big spaces for a 1 bedroom. Nice porch/pool area with a peaceful view. 8 min easy walk to the beach! There is construction next door, so the weekend would be a bit more peaceful than the work days.

We visited on a golf trip and this home was perfect. It had everything we needed and was so easy to access everything on the island. Courtney was also extremely responsive and super helpful.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!
