This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

Patty & George offers a quaint clean space for your Hilton Head stay. Her communication was always immediate and helpful. Best hostess ever! We appreciated the personalized greeting and snacks. Plenty of towels and wash cloths too!

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Lori’s place was great! The location was perfect right on the beach and keyless entry made it super easy to get in. The condo had everything we need. The bikes were a great addition as the area has nice bike lanes. I would suggest this place and would stay here again!

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

I cannot say enough about this place. Our other airbnb reservation was a disaster. Once we moved from the other location, we booked this one late at night. Kristina was so kind and helpful with the check in process at ten pm. The views were fantastic, and it is in a nice location. The bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever had an at an airbnb. We had all of the amenities and furnishings we could possibly need, and it was very clean. This place was a lifesaver, and I highly recommend. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. The guidebook was very helpful with suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc.

This condo community was very quiet and welcoming with many permanent residents. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2-people. It had a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig), large washer & dryer, good AC and extra fans, with a comfortable and private patio. We loved how bikeable Hilton Head was and enjoyed the swimming pool, and free transportation via the Dunes Buggy and Breeze. We were able to go everywhere we wanted without having a car (except Sea Pines, which required a vehicle and pass). Laura was responsive and friendly host. We had a great experience and hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Holly’s condo. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything and still peaceful and quiet. Holly was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in and communication a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Grant! You can tell the hosts really put in thought and lots of work to make this home amazing. A major plus was that it was pet friendly too. The appliances were new, the home was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need already there for us. The location was peaceful and quiet and it was steps away from the general store and a short drive to the beach. There were tons of little touches that made our stay so much greater and we truly enjoyed it. We can’t wait to go back!

The home was just as the pictures show. It was just what we needed after a long day of activities. Very peaceful area. The communication from Elliott and Kylie was outstanding. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The book of recommendations and other important info was great. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely be back.

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

The space was spotless and well kept (very important to us). It was a short walk to the beach and lots of great food recommendations were provided (we tried several new locales this trip), and the owners were VERY responsive! Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. The beach is a short jaunt and the balcony provides a wonderful view. Our 3 boys, 12, 10, and 9 loved the old school Atari and record player, great touches. Rob was a great host and we appreciated his well timed communications. We will be back!

Great stay at Marriott Monarch is Sea Pines. This is our second time staying ar this family friendly spot. Love that it’s right on the beach, has a heated pool and hot tub on property. We rented bikes for the week and loved exploring Sea Pines on bike. Condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head condo! The space was spotless and exactly as described. It’s located on a quiet stretch of beach, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the peaceful ocean views. The location was ideal because it was minutes from great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Everything we needed was nearby, but the condo still felt like a private retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

My friends and I had a great time during our girls' trip to Tybee Island. The unit looked exactly like the pictures and was a hop, skip, and jump from the beautiful beach! We're definitely going back and would absolutely book this unit again.

Had a wonderful few days at this beautiful home! Beautiful views, super comfortable beds, big bedrooms, soft towels and bedding, and plenty of the essentials to do some cooking. The pools are great, my toddler loved the new baby pool area. Beach is nice and quiet. We loved seeing all the turtles in the lagoon and bringing them lettuce. Would definitely come back!

The house is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It’s fully equipped with all the daily essentials and kitchenware you could need. The best part is its unbeatable location—just a one-minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend catching the sunrise over the ocean; it’s absolutely breathtaking.
