Monthly Rentals in Sapodilla Bay

What an awesome location! This was our third trip to Turks and Caicos and our third airbnb. This was by far the best location and perfect unit. We are huge fans of Chalk Sound location and this was within very short walking distance of Sapodilla Beach one of the best on the island. The rental was great. Very nice patio, pool, and amenities. Walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to the Little Havana restaurant. The hosts were great. Quick to respond at all times. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

We stayed for five days at Kay’s Place. What a great place to stay affordably on Provo! This location is on the quiet side of the island near the schools in a non- commercial/residential area. It’s a five minute walk to the beach that’s great for long walks. Da Conch Shack is super close. This is a great crash pad to explore the island. You definitely need a car. Grace Car Rentals was awesome! We got rides at night because it’s dark and confusing to drive then. But in the daytime we explored snorkeling at Smith’s Reef and chilling on the Beach in Turtle Cove. We also enjoyed the beach near Sibonne Beach/The Beach Hut. There’s public parking there. Everywhere felt safe and the people on the island are lovely. Have a great time at Kay’s Place!

What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Chalk Sound for our honeymoon. From arrival, we were blown away by the beauty of the location and how amazing the home was. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon, our favorite aspects were the outdoor tub and shower, walkable distance to the most amazing beach (Taylor Bay) and the sliding glass doors which open to the back. Unfortunately it was incredibly windy our whole trip which was blowing right into the back of the home so we didn’t get much use out of the private beach or plunge pool because the water in it was freezing cold, but we didn’t mind because the views made up for it! Overall such an amazing stay and I would HIGHLY recommend!
