And this is only 7km from the nativity center of Serra Of all the rooms you can see the dam in a panoramic view. It has 3 suites and 12 beds - very comfortable. A living room with an American kitchen properly equipped for cooking - and also 2 terraces , is surrounded by lawns. We do not provide salt, pepper or oil. Hygienic paper and detergent only. Lake House at Fazenda Catuçaba

Originally built in 1840, the Lake House is located inside of Fazenda Catuçaba, an old 700 hectare coffee farm in a corner of Brazil frozen in time with mind-blowing charm and vibes, surrounded by protected forest, 30 minutes away from the charming historic town of São Luiz do Paraitinga. It was recently renovated, beautifully decorated, and it faces an incredible 4-hectare lake, the perfect spot for relaxing, connecting to nature, watching the stars by the campfire and taking a dip.

Trabuco Site

Inaugurated in 1989, the Santa Virgínia Nucleus was created due to the expropriations of the old Ponte Alta and Santa Virgínia farms, which gave rise to the name of the Nucleus. Due to the rugged terrain, which favors the formation of waterfalls, the nucleus is one of the main sights of São Luiz do Paraitinga and Natividade da Serra. In addition, part of the largest portion of intact forests in the Paraíba Valley remains protected within its limits.

Sleeping with the noise of the river on its course is what makes the house special!! Extremely quiet place, safe and with a lot of garden. The house is 15km from TENÓRIO beaches/PRAIA GRANDE/PEREQUÊ AÇÚ. Waterfall 15 minutes walk from the house, known as Cachoeira da Escada.
