Very good option in Itagua. 5 minutes walk from Praia do Tenorio. 250 meters from an avenue with shops, several supermarkets, etc. The apartment has everything mentioned in the publication, excellent wifi. We stayed a month and recommend it

The stay is facing the sea, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linens, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the trash. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I would go back!

I went with my family to celebrate my brother's birthday and we love the stay! We enjoyed the pool a lot, everything was clean, and we rested a lot. Everything was perfect and we recommend the location.

Our family was very well received by Vanda and her husband, extremely attentive and welcoming. We felt at home. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, as well as very fragrant. We felt at home. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted by Dona Cida with a wonderful homemade muffin!!! The house was extremely clean. Bed linen and towels, very clean and smelling. The kitchen contains many items, we only miss a microwave. The house is very comfortable, bigger and better than we see in the photos, exceeding our expectations. We inform that we went with a small puppy, and were careful to put a screen on the outskirts of the house. Check-in and check-out were flexible, making our stay easy. The center of São Luiz, is very close, and the little town is beautiful, worth knowing. We only have to thank you, and certainly in the face of an opportunity, we will return.

Amazing location in the countryside of Catuçaba, very quiet and cozy district 30/40 minutes by car from the historic center of São Luiz de Paraitinga. The entire property of the Catuçaba Reserve is a delight, and the Gate House itself is a piece of primor, mixed comfort, rusticity and unparalleled nature. Adriana's house is wonderful, super spacious, comfy beds and big bathrooms. The place is a piece of heaven, full of nature around, I've never seen so much kiss- flower that appear in front of the house to take the water from the plants. The experience of sleeping with the noise of the river that runs nearby is indescribable a place with a lot of peace to rest, Adriana is a great host, always available to ask questions and give tips, extremely friendly and affectionate. I will come back more often for sure!

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡
