Beautiful place! Perfect for those who like to enjoy the sound of the waters, many birds, ducks and squirrels! A beautiful nature, many trees, including fruit! Colhemos guava, blackberries, lime, banana... which made the experience fun! We love to contemplate the star-studded sky! For those who seek peace and connection with nature, you will surely love it! Good facilities, equipped house! Hosts João and Cátia were super helpful and communication excellent! They welcomed us very well! In fact, we were entitled to a campfire that made our night even more special. We'll definitely be back soon!

The experience was incredible, and we can certainly say that the place is highly recommended in every way. The property goes beyond what is in the photos, which is very positive. We were in order to have a beautiful view on the holiday, and we have added to this, also very kind and helpful neighbors, a property with several possibilities of trails or even to sit and enjoy the view. Diana and Guilherme were super solicited and polite. The house very organized and clean, just like this one in the photos. Near the property has a path that arrives in a waterfall, which is possible to go walking, 5 minutes walking distance. The roads were excellent. Therefore, even though it is sedan or hacth, because the roads are very well taken care of, it is possible to arrive quietly. If you want a more adventurous experience, 4x4 is suggested. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. The house was surprisingly beautiful, organized, simple and cozy. The outdoor area is a delight, the garden, beautiful, and the waterfall complete the paradise that is this house. The kitchen is super functional, although simple, and the rooms are perfectly cozy and organized. The number of bathrooms is perfect for large groups, and there was nothing we looked for in the house that we couldn't find. I really wish I could return someday to spend more time there.

We love our stay at Rodrigo's place. The house is even more beautiful live, super comfortable and in a very enjoyable spot. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen is great for cooking, super complete. We highly recommend it! The homemaker, André is super helpful and helped us with everything. We want to go back now!

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

We had days of great peace and quiet in Casinha Vermelha! It was our second time in the little house, which is even more comfortable and cozy. When you arrive you already find several treats left by the host, making the stay perfect! Mimos even for our little dog! The breakfast basket made by Aninha, with local produce, is a delight, very plentiful. Sail worth ordering! We realize that everything is done with great affection and care! And Virginia's guidelines are perfect! We miss it already!

camilla is an excellent host and was proactive from the outset. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, he called me by message and sent a manual with all the important information and tips, making himself available even weeks before the scheduled date. the house is great, like the photos. and super well-equipped, with utensils and bedding clean and well cared for. i ended up suffering a small accident on the first day - the network crashed - and both she and her husband were extremely cared for and willing, immediately making herself available to help with whatever was necessary; even making a point of passing through the house to see me and making clear the repairs that would be made for nothing like being repeated. it was a quick weekend, but it allowed us some rest. and the dogs loved the garden/ grass space available to run and burn energy ;-)

The space is simply fantastic. Everything is very clean, the house is fully equipped, the pool is very good, the space is wonderful. Paraíso em Cunha lives up to its name, but what surprised us most was the welcome from Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and caretakers respectively. From the first contact, we already felt the good energy of Virginia: friendliness, joy, availability and goodwill to satisfy us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match reality, but in person it's a thousand times cooler! Very well-equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention the furniture, objects, dinnerware, glasses, cups, bath and bedding sets, etc., all of extremely good taste. Breakfast, prepared by Aninha, is very worthwhile: Fresh milk taken from the cow, free-range eggs with a very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better… Everything is delicious! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great to “chat” and very dear too. What an amazing experience we had there! Thank you, Virginia, Wagner, Aninha and Manezão, great hosts!

Beautiful place with all the comforts for a meeting with friends. The children loved the place with so much space to play. The host Newton was super attentive and flexible. Chayane who helped us with food and cleaning was essential for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it!

The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.
