Cottage holiday rentals in São Luiz do Paraitinga

We spent the extended holiday at Sítio Recanto Fonte Viva and it was just amazing! The place is beautiful, super well taken care of, the pool is wonderful and the surrounding nature climate makes everything even better to relax. But what made all the difference was the homegoers, Viviane and Andrews. The village is too good, super receptive and always willing to help with anything we need. They gave several tips and made us super comfortable at all times. Sure is a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return soon!

It was a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, ideal for resting and recharging. The house is super cozy and makes us feel at home. Jean was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available. I recommend it to those seeking peace of mind.

The housekeeper was super helpful, helped us with all the doubts we had, he was always watching the pool and hydro. in the morning worried about sweeping the yard, for the night before it ventured a lot and flew a lot of leaves. The place is excellent, I had some problems with the location of the waze only, but nothing too serious, the nameplates helped a lot.

The farm stay is an invitation for disconnection and tranquility. The surroundings are beautiful, each open window is a breath of nature. We spend hours watching the birds, it has a lot of toucan, hummingbirds and parakeets. And despite the feel of the field, the trip to the center takes no more than 10 minutes. Daniel and Solange are very helpful and welcoming. Until birthday present I won (thank you again). The pool is lit almost all day. The house is well equipped, we cook every day. The house is very spacious, good for children.

The family went to accompany and support a l’etap corridor. We found everything very clean and organized. We were very well received by Joelma and Marcelo, who explained all the operation of the house. Large space and we were well accommodated, 7 people and 3 pets, we took advantage of the company one of the others using a lot of kitchens to make our meals together, and it has a beautiful corner of wood stove… we use the table from the balcony for breakfast with a Linda view and the balcony table for dinner and lunch. The leisure area was also well used… pool… grass to play racket… the night campfire… A place to create memories ! “The accommodation was of great value for its private location, which gave me a great mental rest for the realization of the l'etap test!” “I would spend an entire month in this place, a lot of tranquility and good energy! I had one of the best nights of sleep of the year, I stayed in the upstairs chalet (the most charming place kkk). For sure is worth the way, I'll still be back.”

Impeccable place, organized and clean, full kitchen, everything we needed was in the cabin, an incredible experience with nature!

We went with family and we had a very nice fds. Very organized, clean, comfortable and well equipped house (with all necessary utensils). The facilities are well suited, heated pool (jacuzzi) working perfectly, comfortable beds, smelling bedding, good mto shower, cool mto barbecue area. Angelo is a great host, perfectly responded to messages, clarified doubts and shared site suggestions, flexible check in/ out. We will return again at other times.

The stay was great. We were greeted with a table set - with cake and bread, the house super organized and clean, and it was all according to the description and photos. Sanmya has been communicable all the time, sent us clear instructions and tips. I highly recommend it!

Special place for those who like quiet and nature, sleeping with the sound of rain, waterfalls, frogs and fireflies. Hosts Francisco and Joana serve very well, are very helpful and give several tips. Unfortunately, it rained most days and for that reason we could not enjoy everything, we did not go to the waterfall. They have a female dog and a kitten, both very gentle. I took my puppy and he loved walking around the surroundings. We went to 2 nearby villages, São Luiz and Catuçaba, good to visit and get to know the historical points. From there to Ubatuba, take the rural road and then go down the Serra (I found it easy, but very curvy, traffic in the rain is dangerous), it is not worth going to the beaches at the end of the year, but people from Minas Gerais already know how it is, even in the rain you want to see the sea up close. One point to improve would be the internet, which loses the signal all the time. I'd come back again, but outside the rainy season. Thank you.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Wanderlei immensely for doing more than agreed, we all loved his property. The place is a beautiful and quiet place, we felt extremely safe!! Rest assured, I'll be back more often!!!

We spent an amazing holiday, the rustic, comfortable, cozy house. The swimming pool, the fireplace and the wood burning stove left an extra touch. My contact was with Daniela, who always responded promptly, always very cordial, which made a huge difference. Always very polite and clear information. When we can, we will be back for sure..

Everything is good, very nice place, great reception, D Cida is a wonderful human being, house as shown in the photo, has everything you need, I am very grateful to Lauro and Thais for giving us the space, I certainly recommend it and will return, thanks Lauro and Thais.

Our stay was simply perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy and extremely clean. It smelled and very organized. We do not miss anything at all. It had everything and more. The kitchen is complete in utensils and appliances. The clean bathrooms and hot shower. Comfortable rooms with very clean linen and towels. Anyway, a lot of whim and pampering of the hosts. Sr Antônio and Selma are extremely polite and solicited. Very nice people. We wish we could have spent longer there! But definitely we'll be back soon!

Our stay was great! House is just like the ad, and very cozy. Enough vegetation and fruit trees, all very nice. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and it accommodates a family very well. It's not so close to the highway, but for me it wasn't a problem because I already imagined the distance because it was a place, for my family it was super worth it! The environment has 2 lakes for fishing, and it was a great experience. The hosts are very attentive and kind, we were very well received and we recommend the place. 💚

The site is extremely satisfying, both the accommodations and everything in place is really nice. Perfect for those looking for tranquility and safety to rest. The hosts are completely hospitable and have always assisted us on standby. I definitely recommend it and I will come back more often.

Sítio JJ is huge and the pool is excellent, it is a little far from the center, but that is looking for tranquility and privacy this place is ideal!!! I recommend it for a group of friends and family.

Lugar is very beautiful, quiet, allows contact with nature. Animal-filled. It's very organized and practical. José is very attentive and gave all the necessary support. The Cristino housekeeper was also very attentive and friendly. Local is very close to Aldeia Outro Mundo, less than 15 minutes. We can rest well, enjoy the pool, the outside of the house is very cozy and has excellent cuisine to prepare for meals.

Renato's family ranch is very beautiful and special. It is very close to the center, very easy to walk and at the same time it is a super quiet house, it does not even seem to be so close. The view is of mountains and you can see very little of the city. We saw green-billed toucans. 🫶A well-equipped, cozy house with a farm-like feel. We were greeted with kindness that they left for us. We were delighted and will be back!

The place of the Sítio is great "The view is incredible, there are many fruit trees around. Very quiet place. Improving points: The refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen was not freezing and the one in the indoor kitchen is very small. I believe they can improve on appliances and internal cleaning. Overall the place is great and I would definitely come back.

Bruno was so kind and helpful. He greeted us in person and took us downtown (a few minutes' drive away), introduced us to the city and "integrated" us into the festivities that took place on the occasion. We also had all the tips for restaurants, sights, etc. The home had everything we needed (and more...) Thank you so much!!
