The stay at Sergio's house was excellent, very well-equipped kitchen, space to accommodate the whole group comfortably and everything in order and clean. Communication with Sergio and the caretaker Mauricio was also excellent and we had no complications during the stay. Sergio's house will definitely be at the top of the list for us to return on a future trip with the staff.

The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean and organized. In the pictures I had already found it very beautiful, but in person it is even better. We love every minute we spend in the ap, very comfy and cozy. The covered spot was great because we took a few days of rain, so it helped a lot. Patrícia was very proactive and answered all my questions with great agility and promptness. It is noteworthy that the location of the ap is wonderful and strategic, as everything we did by bike (provided on ap) or on foot. We sure got it right in the choice.

We went as a family with my husband, 7-year-old son, my sister and my mother. The apartment had everything we needed, we lacked nothing. Very beautiful and well kept. It had daily cleaning. It is inside a resort, has a great infrastructure even for rainy days, indoor heated pool, cinema, toy library. Outside, there were other swimming pools, courts, a playground for children, etc. The beach is very close, clean, full of security. The neighborhood is beautiful, very well maintained, quiet, and no noise. I hope one day I can stay in this apartment again, I will always recommend it to my friends and family.

Our experience in André's apartment was amazing! We were well received and attended, and although I had read a negative comment earlier, I was very happy and quiet because all the bed and bath games were new, the apartment was very clean and organized! The leisure area of the building is simply fantastic, with an air-conditioned swimming pool, a game room and a complete gym. And the location is perfect, with the beach just steps away - just cross the street! In short, everything was perfect and we will definitely return with the family.
