The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The place is extremely perfect, only the heated pool is missing for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

Convenience: the beach service makes everything easier to enjoy! Just arrive with your things and settle in the corresponding umbrella of the apartment. The accommodation corresponded exactly with the listing. Simple space with excellent cost and benefit since it was one of the most affordable in the region financially speaking. For my family, the differential was the privileged location that is excellent. We have a 1 year old daughter and the space has provided us with privacy and the convenience that a baby requires. We had everything we needed for our tour (mounted beach structure, good lodging, very safe place). The host Renata was also super cordial, responded super fast to any request and made us very comfortable. At last we feel at home

Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.

It was amazing days in the Riviera. Very organized and clean apartment, friendly staff, great beach service. Not to mention the hosts Victor and Lucilene who have always been helpful . We'll be back for sure!

I spent a weekend with my family at Katia's accommodation, we really liked it, it's close to the beach and there are several activities to do in the building, I recommend it!

I can say it was perfect! I already knew Rivieira, but it was the first time we rented an apartment and it was wonderful, we will definitely come back more often and we already have a favorite place. The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

The apartment is great, new, well located and with all the necessary utensils. Good quality linens and towels. Everything is well organized, clean and well structured, the only observation I make is about the smell of food from the restaurant located in the complex, which ends up bothering me a little. Helpful staff, large garage, beach service, everything works very well. I thank the hosts for the quick responses and all the care in the details, including the kindness of leaving us coffee capsules. We'll be back, for sure!

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!
