Monthly Rentals in Sants, Sants-Montjuïc

I recently returned from my first Wonderful month stay in Silvia's apartment. I enjoyed it so much I plan to return again & again. I love her apartment because it is right in the heart of El Born, close to the Cathedral Santa Maria Del Mar, close to the port, the park, the Barcelona Cathedral, Palau de Música & many more top attractions. The area is a very walkable, vibrant & charming part of El Born. The apartment itself is a compact studio, spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is Clear that Silvia takes great pride in it. There are plenty of nearby supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the area, and the beach is less than a fifteen minute walk away. Silvia is an Excellent Host! She was a welcoming, helpful, and a very responsive host. I thank Sylvia so much for helping me decide to stay in her lovely apartment. It was a most memorable experience that I shall always treasure. Gracias Sylvia! Nos Veremos!

We travel a lot and Javier was one of the nicest hosts we have ever had. We were exhausted when we arrived after 32 hours of flying and the placed was stocked with milk, juice, pastries and coffee for the next morning so we were able to get a good nights sleep before doing any more shopping. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure and it was close to everything. There was a great Mercat 300m away as well as a grocery store, cheese shop, butcher, deli and wine shop. There was bus stop outside a bit and it two different trains were only 5 minutes walk away. We stayed here 5 weeks and it was great and would stay here again without hesitation!

Stayed there for 1 month and I loved it. Vessy was very helpful and attentive. The place is very comfortable an has more than you need for long stays, it makes you feel like in home. The location is also very good, close to the airport, a major train/metro station very close and easy access to Montjuic. If you're a Barça fan the Estadi Olimpic is in walking distance for attending games.

I stayed in this apartment for a month, and it felt like home right away. It’s in the Sants area, which is quiet and away from tourists but still close to everything. I could walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores—didn’t use public transport even once. The apartment is small but perfect for one or two people. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I have in months. It was a bit chilly some days, but the AC with heating worked well and kept it cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and plenty of utensils, so cooking was super easy. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Floriane is an amazing host—super caring and always ready to help if needed. She really made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona!
