The apartment is in a good area, close to the center, but quiet. Good bed, and bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure . Marga was quick to answer questions and had good recommendations of restaurants and sights. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Terry & Oscar

Excellent location and Lourdes is an ideal host! The bell tower is beautiful. The entire area is fascinating. The only issue was noisy tenants upstairs occasionally but everything else was perfect!

With Pentecost in Santiago. I booked the apartment in January, assuming that it would be very busy in Santiago at Pentecost. After 46 days of walking and often spending the night in large dormitories in a bunk bed, I arrived in Santiago. An old city that is dominated by the Camino's. Found a wonderful place at Frnando. 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. It took some getting used to the steep street, but, in those 46 days, I did nothing else. Very nice room, wonderful bed, slept from 8 to 8. Everything is fine in order. Frnando quickly on site, clear instructions, not intrusive or unnecessarily controlling. We had an amazing time at Jose's apartment. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mari, Jose's sister, who is WONDERFUL and gave us a great introduction to the apartment and our surroundings. The place was cute and comfy for three of us, even though we all hit our head on the ceiling at least once. The location is incredible and close to everything. it allowed us to stop back at the place for snacks, drinks, or rest between restaurants and bars. There was basics for cooking. We couldn't have asked for a better location and a better base for the long weekend. We felt right at home. Thanks for everything!
