Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Santa Teresa Beach

Muy buena ubicación. Nos encantó la piscina y la zona del rancho. Raúl fue muy flexible con el check out. Nos ayudó ante una emergencia que tuvimos. Excelente host.

La casa es aún más hermosa de lo que se ve en las fotos, es espaciosa y preciosa como de un cuento! Si van en automóvil es mejor irse por el lado de la gasolinera pero si se entra bien. Rolando fue una persona bondadosa y cooperador al máximo! Si hubieran más estrellas se las ganaría todas! Nos apoyó con un tema que tuvimos que solucionar y lo hizo como el más campion ! Wow gracias por ese carácter tan bonito.

This place will impress as soon as you open the front door! Unreal view and maybe the best morning coffee and evening happy hour perch that I’ve ever experienced. Many thoughtful details here. Comfy beds, quality linens, thoughtful design, local bath products, and beautifully landscaped to ensure privacy. For added security assurance the property is located behind a gate with a someone there to monitor exit and entry. It was tough to leave the house at times. Enjoyed it all.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house and garden were beautiful, we had everything we needed, and it was private and quiet. It's also very close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. The hosts we're very friendly and responsive. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Además, está a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y las tide pools que son toda una experiencia. David nos dio muchísimos tips, muy buenos, fue el best host ever. Esperamos volver pronto.

just absolutely incredible. The place is private, but close enough to walk to the beach. This home is WELL stocked with every kitchen appliance you could hope for. The beds are comfortable, the home was clean, and the private pool was refreshing. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! We had a small issue with the gate, but Laura and the maintenance team were on it in less than an hour.

All 5 of us enjoyed this unique and spacious treehouse. Being able to cross the hanging bridge and use the pool next door was a real treat and adds a lot to the experience. The house needs maintenance and details in cleaning, but Juan Carlos responded to our requests for a water jug because the water filter was clogged as well as replacing the broken blender. It’s definitely not a place for children or the elderly as the spiral staircase to get into the house was the start to our adventure. I’d definitely recommend (to the right group) and return. Comfortable beds, decent A/C, good price and loads of fun.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu tout simplement magique ! La villa perchée dans les arbres offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et une immersion totale dans la nature, le tout avec un confort exceptionnel. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, et l’harmonie entre le cadre naturel et les aménagements est parfaite. Un immense merci aux hôtes qui ont été attentionnés et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, se reconnecter à la nature, tout en profitant d’un hébergement haut de gamme. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête !

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this paradise. We saw macaws frequently each day. Also saw deer, monkeys, goats, lots of other birds on the golf course property. The back yard was spectacular. A private oasis. The community was lovely and very safe. Beach restaurant and pickleball were great. Online groups for the community were wonderful. Met some great people. Property manager and owner were super responsive and helpful.

Muy bonito lugar, recomendado. El jacuzzi es muy bueno y fácil de utilizar, la piscina es espaciosa y para hacer carne asada en la noche está perfecto. Las camas me encantaron también

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we can honestly say this place was one of the best parts of our trip. Arriving at this property takes your breath away -- private infinity pools with crazy views of the ocean, rooftop lounge for watching the sunset, open-concept living room in the main house, yoga/exercise deck with incredible views... everywhere you look there's an even better view. Design of the house was also gorgeous with lots of light and an indoor/outdoor feel. Location was great -- perched on a hill just slightly outside of the main town (Santa Teresa) so you're close enough to the beaches/action/restaurants, but far enough away that it feels totally secluded/private. We actually wound up eating a lot of meals on the deck here because the views were so epic. Host Karen was above and beyond -- super helpful and had our ATV and everything lined up for us before we even arrived. She was quick to respond and popped by to help us with various things as requested. The space was cleaned daily and our laundry was done and folded at the end of each day. All in all, would recommend to anyone, and are already planning our next trip back!

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem sehr spannenden Haus. Eher rustikal als luxuriös aber für uns war es perfekt. Affen und Papageien in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus und ein Hotel/Restaurant auf dem Nachbarsgrundstück mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Juan Carlos, der auch ein Hotel am Tambor beach managed war ein perfekter Host, jeweils sehr schnell und kompetent. Juan Carlos engagiert sich aktiv an einem turtle rescue program. Es war ein highlight für unsere Kinder, die frisch geschlüpften Schildkröten beim Sonnenaufgang ins Meer freizulassen. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert von der Zeit in diesem tollen Haus und die Gegend um tambor beach und können sie definitiv empfehlen.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here! Adi was incredible- he was there to help us check in and give us a tour and was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay. He set up transfers to and from the airport for us and ATV rentals that were there when we arrived at the house. The house was perfect for my 30th birthday celebration with friends! Close to the beach and a quick ATV ride to Santa Teresa to enjoy all the restaurants and bars. Loved that it was a little removed from the busy-ness of Santa Teresa- very peaceful and serene. The pool was beautiful and the entire property was just incredible. I can’t wait to come back and stay again! Highly highly recommend booking here!

The setting was amazing! It was really cool to be so close to Montezuma and the area but have a peaceful jungle retreat to go to. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and watching the animals. We saw a great variety of birds, reptiles, and had howler monkeys come through. It was an incredible few days. Jodi reached out after first booking and was a very responsive host, she connected us with Leanne and Ron right away, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with all our local questions, giving suggestions, recommendations and advice. This was a phenomenal portion of our trip!!
