Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

The accommodation is very nice and well located. Marisa is amazing! She even added furniture before we arrived to accommodate us so we can have 4 meals around a table outside as well as inside. Super well decorated. Vegetation makes us feel good. Very well insulated inside so as not to hear the quad bikes passing on the main street. We loved it!

We really loved our stay at Purapura! The apartment was super clean and beautifully set up—felt like a little oasis. The owner gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat, which made a big difference. It’s in a great spot too—walking distance to the main street with tons of restaurants, and also close to the beach. We spent our days chilling by the pool, surfing, and trying out all the good food in Santa Teresa. Would definitely recommend it!

Great stay and very well kept communal property! It was nice to have the pool and yoga/gym area and access to filtered drinking water! Thank you for a great place in Santa Teresa for the night!

Spyros is by far the best host I've ever had on air bnb. He lives right next door, is so attentive and helps you with all your questions about costa rica! For us the location and view of the place were SPOT ON. The appartment for 4 people would have been very tight, we were with 2, and the bathroom was on the smaller side. Rest of the appartment was very nice. The cleaning service was not always consistent, but then again, if things were forgotten, there was always the staff or Spyros to help. If you want to have a beautiful view, on steps away from the beach and cute coffeespots, this is your place :) (with 2 people, not 4 :p). Parking is also no issue here, just have a 4x4 because the road from the mainstreet gets worse with rainseason (just so you know).

⸻ Trust me—book this place. Meet Spyridon and try to tell me he’s not the nicest guy you’ve ever met! He’s incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The views are absolutely stunning and give you that lush, authentic jungle vibe—unlike some of the more modern, Miami or Beverly Hills-style homes in the area. I mean, why come all the way to Costa Rica for that? One thing to note: while the beach is nearby, the walk back is a serious uphill climb. It’s doable, but be ready to break a sweat. An ATV is definitely the way to go—but hey, that’s the trade-off for those epic views.

We absolutely loved our stay here and it was in the perfect location. All the staff were super nice and helpful. We had a great time and look forward to going back!!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. My fiance and I had the best stay ever! It’s conveniently close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is great and the condo was always clean. I really appreciated the hosts willingness and ability to accommodate for both early check in and late check out. We will definitely be coming back!

The condominium 3 is a very comfortable place, super equipped, clean and tidy and aesthetically is divine. Ideal for staying for several days and relaxing. I would only suggest that check-in can be a little before 4 pm, it can be 3 pm and check-out a little after 10 am, it can be 11 am. To better enjoy such a beautiful instance.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Nice place and with quite a few fixtures. Beds are not the most comfortable, but mostly everything was great. The host responds quickly.

The place is super clean, organized, they are all very friendly and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. It is very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants.

Jhon was so friendly and very helpful. The place was very nice and clean.

The condo was modern and clean, and everything you could want was there. Lisa was very responsive. The property was great with a 5 minute walk from your front door to the beautiful swimming beach. There was also a parking lot by the beach if you prefer to drive. Chairs and a restaurant are at the beach already.

Great accommodation. Note that you have no cell phone reception. Can only recommend it.
