This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

We had a great time and were shocked at how many amenities were offered at this Airbnb including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish and clothes detergent, hand soaps. They had a whole beach closet with chairs, an umbrella, toys, and wagon. The kitchen was updated and was so beautifully organized and well appointed. Our family had the best beach vacation!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Really enjoy the place! Great location pretty central to restaurants, beach, and shopping! Also liked the fact that is gated, Private, and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcella's apartment. The location is great and the apartment is really, really well-outfitted. She's done great work putting together an inviting, cozy and relaxing space that was perfect for our stay. The appointments are phenomenal and the overall vibe of the apartment was very conducive to a warm, welcoming space to come back to each day. We were very impressed and would come back without a doubt. We're going to be sure to tell friends and family staying in Pensacola about the property and are so grateful for such a perfect space for our visit. Thanks Marcella!!

Description does not do this place justice! Beautiful home and please neighborhood. I brought in a family of 7 and could have comfortably had another 4 or 5 people with me. The home was very clean and set up beautifully. Caroline had everything you could think of and probably plenty you wouldn't think of available for use. She also has a very thoughtful use one take one set up. I loved it and if she will have us will definitely use this place again anytime we come back..perfect place for our first visit to the area.

Place exactly as pictured easy check-in . Extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Had one minor issue with a missing tv remote, Dylan and his Team called immediately to sort things out and even offered to bring a remote. Couldn’t ask for a better stay or host . 10/10

Book a last minute 2 night stay here and it was great! RJ was very responsive and quick to get us into the house, it’s was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Five stars all the way—I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for

This is our 3rd stay at Juan’s place, and 10/10 always a 5 star review!! Plenty of space, clean, always responsive to any questions we have. The kids love the back porch area and swimming pool, the pups love the yard! All the beach amenities you can imagine in the garage. Wonderful place, with matching hosts!

Very communicative host, and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and easily found. Would stay again!

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

This was our second time staying here , I loved it and the view was amazing. We were right in the middle of all the attractions and great restaurants ! We definitely be back again ! Only thing was the bed was kind of small for two people other than that love it !

Perfect place for our short little stay! Cleanliness is one of my biggest requirements while staying somewhere and they definitely hit the mark here! Being on the second floor was great for location in reference to the beach, the office, and the pool. We would def come back!

We had an AMAZING stay at Nick and Chelsea’s. The space was so welcoming and cozy! The bed and linens were very comfortable. Each room has balcony access which made it perfect for a late night without waking anyone else in the home. The photos were definitely on point! Prior to booking and during the stay, they were very responsive. My family also took advantage of the great recommendations as well. We are already looking forward to our next family vacation and stay with this host!!
