However, when we are not enjoying it instead of letting it sit, we have fenced off a part of our half acre lot and rent it out very affordably so that you, and your family are able to come to Niceville, Bluewater Bay, Destin and enjoy everything that they have to offer!

However you choose to spend your time, embrace the uniqueness of this space that had the experience in mind. There are 2 cameras on the exterior of the property which actively record audio & visual.

Historical Downtown Pensacola, Fla. is only 20 minutes away. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are also within driving distance. There is a Marina with daily fishing charters just across the street, food trucks and multiple restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Many places with local cuisine, drinks, and live music daily.

Gorgeous Bay-View Home 10 Min From Grayton Beach

Enjoy the open floor-plan that features all new furnishings. There's a large comfy couch, 65" TV, and plenty of space for friends and family. At night, the couch pulls out into a queen-size bed and the dining room cabinet also converts to a comfy queen bed. The french doors on both the main floor and top floor open to a balcony that overlooks the bay where you can enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the sunset over the water or read your favorite book.
