Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Rosa Island

This was a great place for us - we had a wonderful time - it's centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal where you can fish and trap crabs.... we just had so much fun sitting out and enjoying the deck and also watching the guys fish. Krystal was very gracious and was a great host. They have items you wouldn't normally have access to such as items for toddlers and children, which was nice so as to not have to travel with bulky items you will always need for a toddler. Our grandson LOVED being outside. We loved our time there, being able to visit with family at the house and in the Milton area. We definitely plan to rent again when in the area. Thank you for everything! It was a wonderful time.

We stayed at Bleu for a few days right as school was out. It was a great gathering place for our family, and so close to the beach! The teens could easily and safely walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was very well stocked with anything you needed. Very clean. Communication was excellent. Our little doggies loved the big back yard! Definitely would stay here again.

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

I highly recommend Anna house. She is such an amazing host and her home is perfect! Everything was very clean, comfortable & felt like home. We loved how spacious and big it was inside, we loved having the 4 restrooms. Everything was perfect! Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Our large family gets together every year at the beach. Everyone agreed this was our best trip yet - and we’ve had great ones in the past. The house had more than enough room for all of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and 2 beaches gave us lots of fun options. The kids rode bikes, relaxed n the hammocks, used the kayak and paddle board, and enjoyed the pool. It was wonderful to have an outdoor shower to keep tracking sand to a minimum. If 10 stars had been an option, we would rate it as 11!

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. This place was fantastic. Clean, great quiet area, beds were comfortable. Pool was great and clean. Perfect area to sit around outside. Will definitely book again!

We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach is awesome. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. The house is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved that we could bring our fur-babies!

Our stay was great! The house looked as depicted in the photos - everything was clean and inviting. It was great for our family vacation! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We especially liked the swings at the dock - we spent time there every morning looking out over the water! Sarah was communicative and flexible about our check in time as well!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

What a great place!! I have stayed at many air bnb’s, most have just mediocre pots, pans, knives, etc. April’s home had great pans, sharp knives, storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs! Beds were so comfortable and the home was just Perfect!! Very clean too! The yard was fenced in and large for the dogs! It was perfect, and April was a great host!!

There is a reason Kristal at Cobb’s Cove is a “Super host”! What a wonderful home, beautiful location, peaceful surrounding right on Santa Rosa Sound! Super clean with everything we need for an amazing get away! Kristal made sure we were taken care of and kept in contact with us! Our entire family and pups fit right in!! We enjoyed the dock at sunrise and sunset and rode the kayaks, drank wine on the large deck overlooking the Sound and watch all the wildlife! Leaving was hard!!!! It’s paradise❤️

Sophea’s home was beautiful, nearly brand new, pristine, well stocked, great location and a view that can’t be beat!! Will 100% be back. Great communication throughout. The water sport items, chairs, and beach toys were a great addition and made it very convenient. The dock was unbelievable and a great addition to the house. Thanks Sophea.

Had such an amazing time staying at Rob’s. A beautiful and comfortable place personally renovated by the host! All the listed amenities are provided and then some- clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location to all the beaches, towns, and restaurants. I like to stay at a personable place when traveling and this was it. Most memorable place I’ve stayed in. Rob is not only an amazing host but treated us like old friends- the sweetest and the most thoughtful person. I know where I am staying when I am in town again!!!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.
