We had a great stay. Benton was a great host. He had chairs, towels, and other items for the beach. Very clean place and had everything we needed. Great location as it’s walking distance to a lot of places to eat as well as easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the beach. Will hopefully be back soon. Thanks Benton! Many great memories made!

Beautiful condo and gorgeous beach! Loved the ocean view and having the beach right downstairs. My favorite part was having two chairs and an umbrella waiting for me. Would totally come back!

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

We’ve stayed at this condo several times and always have a great time. It’s clean, has a beautiful view, and is right on the beach. Angelica is a great host. We would love to stay again in the future!

Mindy was a great and amazing host. We loved the condo. It was beautiful and very nice. Felt at home. Our trip was amazing. It was so relaxing. Kitchen was great to cook in. Used the grill in the gazebo. Property was beautiful and lots to do. The back patio is where we spent our evenings until late when we were not fishing. It has the most amazing view of the bay and gorgeous sunsets or for watching a storm come up. Just lovely. I could go on. We will definitely be back, best trip and time I have had and I go to Florida quite a bit. The condo is also located by restaurants and close beaches. All I can say is it was all amazing and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mindy

From the very beginning, Bill and Lisa were both very responsive. We were notified of every detail before arriving. Once we arrived there was an issue with the A/C system for the condo we had reserved. I notified bill, and without hesitation he moved us to another condo. It was a holiday weekend so getting a technician out would have been a challenge. The room he moved us to was much more accommodating for our family. The neighbors that share the area are all very kind, and the area is a private but close to everything location. We will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

First off if you choose Destin then this is the place to stay. Not just this building but stay with Julie. I booked this trip for my daughter’s honeymoon, when Julie found out she was so helpful in making sure everything was going to be great. She stayed in contact with suggestions of things to do and tips on how early to book things. Julie stayed in contact before during and after to make sure my daughter had the honeymoon of a lifetime. I have had quite a few stays but never with a host who was this invested to them having a great trip. I will be going to Destin next year and will definitely look for a place hosted by Julie.

We have been vacationing in Navarre the past 5 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have stayed at! The space was amazing and the view from the patio was everything we could have hoped for. Grant was a great host! We will definitely be planning on staying here from here on out!

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

We truly enjoyed the view from the balcony and the peaceful sound of the waves. The place was exactly what we need to relax and unwind from our daily routine while on vacation.

Susan was absolutely wonderful! She was very responsive and accommodating. She also was very helpful with any questions I had. The property itself was amazing! You could go out the back door to one beach, or take a short walk and see the beautiful blue water and hunt for sea shells on another. It is so peaceful! Navarre is a very family-friendly place and not as tourist-y as Destin or Pensacola. If that is what you want one day of your stay, either is only a 45-minute drive. Definitely worth every penny!!! Hope to be back some day.

5 star A+++!!! I have to say this trip to Navarre Beach was a splurge to get away from the stress of home and work. The location’s proximity to the beautiful beach was wonderful. We watched the sunrise from the beach our first morning and walked the pier another morning. We spent hours just sitting and watching the waves on the beach. We took in a bunch of local attractions which were all within minutes away, the snorkeling reef, sea turtle rescue, emerald coast wild life refuge, and gulf breeze zoo. We have a future veterinarian in the family. The amenities were just like being at home but at the beach. We made some of our own meals and ate out as well. We had a completely problem free stay. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was silent at night. The consensus was we want to come back at stay again, soon, but the next stay will be longer. Best experience with Airbnb to date!!
