Townhome holiday rentals in Santa Rosa Island

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

Julie's place is awesome! I went to stay with a friend and our kids. we enjoyed the area and surrounding places.

Jades was an amazing host. The condo was well stocked, cozy space, great playroom and beds were comfortable. The beach across the street was spectacular, white sand with minimal people. It was really nice and peaceful. It made it easy to keep a close eye on our young children playing while we relaxed. We didn’t have a working washer/dryer for the first five days which was very unpleasant since we had small children and packed lightly knowing we could doing laundry. However, Jade contacted a technician right away. Even though he couldn’t get the system working, Jade offered a laundry service or to use another units washer/dryer. I did a few loads of laundry in a day and got caught up. Wasn’t convenient although, it solved our problem. Which was great. We can’t help when things break. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness Jade offered. We would love to come back. The location was close to nearby restaurants and a coffee truck. Thank you, Victoria

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Sabrina’s place was in a beautiful place. I enjoyed waking early and reading on the deck overlooking the key.

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and was easy with small children. The house is beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. So close to Seaside and excellent restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

What a great place to stay. Nice and pretty neighborhood. We have family in Lillian, Alabama so the location was perfect for us. We were also a short drive to a lot of good places to eat and shop. The beach was a short drive too. We loved being in a neighborhood instead of in the middle of all the hotels and tourist attractions. Much more relaxing. We compared prices with hotels and the local KOA campground cabins and this was by far the best option and the best value. We had a whole townhouse to ourselves. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We thought we might have an extra person coming and they had no problem with that. I will definitely try and stay here again when we visit family.

this was our first time in Florida and Robyn's place was so nice! very clean, nice area, short walk to the beach which was so nice! Robyn was very friendly and responded quickly with any questions. would definitely recommend!

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Everything we hoped for a relaxing stay in Navarre. Home was fully stocked and had a closet full of games and an outdoor storage full of beach supplies. Especially enjoyed sunset cocktails on the upper balcony overlooking the sound. Beds were comfortable. Grill was nice. Great communication from host. Wonderful stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay very peaceful in quiet Neighbourhood the pool was amazing everything about the place made it feel right at home

Lisha was very quick responding to any questions. She was very polite and professional. We loved the townhome and the ability to do laundry in privacy. Has full kitchen that is stocked with cookware if you want to cook yourself. Has roku TV if you want to sign into your streaming services. Area was really quiet. Never heard any neighbors. There is also a Polaroid camera and notebook that you can use to leave a picture and note. Definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter and I loved this quaint and quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed and we felt right at home. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back. Place looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Easy instructions and very responsive host. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Great stay Place was very clean and comfortable Sarah was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Golf cart made things fun and easy for the kids Would go back.

We had an amazing experience! We stayed for only two nights, and it truly felt like we needed just one more, maybe next time. Elena was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most to me was how incredibly clean the house was, and how close it actually is to the beach. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 6 (youngest was 15). The beds were soooo comfortable and everything (especially the kitchen) was very well stocked. Nice being able to laundry and the internet worked great too. The pool was a nice bonus and everyone was so friendly. Check-in with the keypad was very easy since part of our group arrived around midnight and the other half at 5:30am. We visited some of the places featured in the binder that was provided and can't wait to stay here again!

The house and view are beautiful. We loved the living room and master bedroom with amazing views of the ocean. The other bedrooms do not have any nice views. A little stuffy in those rooms but they provide fans for all the rooms which is nice. The walk to and from the beach was short and so convenient for our family. Took just a few minutes to walk back and make lunch or use the bathroom. The beach is clean, quiet and sand is soft and pristine. Be aware that only 2 of the beach chairs from the property worked, the rest broken. Most of the umbrellas were broken and same with the beach wagon. We made do just fine and I let the owner know, but didn’t hear back. Hopefully they replace all the broken gear for future guests. Saw our neighbors once or twice but not issues hearing them through the walls or anything. Would definitely go back!

Chip was a great host and shared a lot of recommendations that we checked out during our stay. The place was perfect for us. 2 nice size bedrooms and great baths. Great washing machine and dryer as well as all great appliances. We took advantage of the great kitchen. We also really enjoyed the balcony. The Prominece is also perfect for doggies. Jody & Tom

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Meant2Beach exceeded my already high expectations! The space was perfect, inviting, and had everything I could need. the TVs were even logged in as Meant2Beach for viewing, and I didn't need to buy a single thing other than groceries. In addition to the towels in the house, the shed of beach items had so many chairs, toys, umbrellas that I almost missed the cooler! Seriously, bring just your clothes, everything else is provided! Short 1 minute walk to the beach, easy drive to all restaurants. Cannot recommend enough, already trying to book our next stay.
