We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Nice appartment fully furnished close to nice beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive and flexible. Overall great stay and will not hesitate going back in the future.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

The welcome by Patrick's mom is the best, lots of anecdotes and the desire to get to know all the members of this lovely family. The apartment seemed smaller than in the photos that hid this ugly building in the foreground.... But the brain has incredible capacities... What happiness this balcony with sea views.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the med sea from a spacious balcony. In the morning we enjoyed the sun rise and at night, enjoyed the moonlit waters. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very spacious. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is lovely and quiet with a couple of coffee shops and bars nearby. There is also a couple of local shops to purchase groceries. The tram stop is close by, with trams running every 10 minutes or so. It is a good hub to visit other towns in the area via the tram. Alicante centre is also very walkable. The path is via the tunnel at the front of the apartment. Flat and hugs the shore. Easy going 30 minute stroll or a 5 minute tram ride. The hosts are great - friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Miguel was an amazing host. With great communication and always ready to provide recommendations. They were waiting for our arrival with a welcome basket of fruits and fresh water. The apartment is very comfortable and near all great tourist spots in Alicante and just across the street from Corte Ingles and within 2 blocks of several supermarkets. Its excellent location to visit any location within Alicante and San Juan since public transportation its just a block away and the Tramway to San Juan less than two blocks away.

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good facilities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for your money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

We were very pleased with the space and its amenities. Unfortunately, we did not have a car and so it was a bit cumbersome to discover something in the area. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We would come back!

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – perfect for both a longer holiday or a quick weekend getaway. The complex also offers several lovely pools, including one that’s heated, as well as a well-maintained gym area and a court for padel and other activities – ideal for those who like to stay active during their vacation. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The hosts were outstanding – so helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever a problem, and their warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We’re so grateful we had the chance to stay here – we can wholeheartedly recommend this place!!
