Monthly Rentals in Santa Margherita-La Suvera

We felt attracted by all the good reviews and immensely enjoyed our stay at Simona's place. Simona is truly a very hospitable and warm person and made us feel at home right from the start. The area is absolutely gorgeous and although we did have a lot of rain we enjoyed our day trips to surrounding towns, cities and ruins. Very happy about our stay.

Really one of the best, if not the best, accommodations we have stayed in through Airbnb. As for the check-in, it was very easy, with the help of photos and videos showing how to access the property. The area was very quiet, with easy parking right on the street of the house. As soon as we logged in, we were greeted both by a delicious scent, synonymous with the cleanliness of the house, and by a bottle of wine and pastries (the check is not from all hosts to welcome their guests so well). The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and various condiments. The only pity is that it is in a basement, but despite this we had a really great time!

Staying at Fiamma’s was lovely, relaxed and peaceful. Our apartment was upstairs, clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We had a kitchen with a large window overlooking the Tuscan landscape that was very well appointed with everything you need to cook and reside in for longer stays. It even had a washing machine which was great! Our bedroom had another lovely big window with a beautiful view. Fiamma was away when we arrived for the first couple of days but she provided us with details for her assistance by her neighbour Carolina who was very helpful. When Fiamma returned, we found her very kind and helpful. The only thing we would say is, there is no air conditioning, so the apartment was quite hot for our stay in mid summer but we had a fan, so that helped. The stay is at Fiamma’s agroturismo, it is 15 minutes to Sienna by car and there are lovely restaurants and wineries close by.

We have been really well felt right at home if we came in this area again would repeat this place to me for sure. It is fantastic of tranquility and the silence that accompanies the wonderful landscapes in Tuscany. The pool really helps to relax and cool off in the summer days.
