Everything was impeccable, the house was well equipped, it had everything you needed to have a good stay. In addition, it is very well located, everything is close and the sector is very quiet. Mr. Jaime is also very kind, his attention and willingness is evident. When we arrived, the stove was on for the cold, which is very much appreciated.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. As a hostess she was excellent, she was always attentive to what she needed and was understanding with me.

The house is very large and very good, it stays in a very quiet location. Lots of restaurants and bakeries around. Monica was very nice, she helped us a lot, she was super requested. I highly recommend!!

I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches to book without fear. I had an excellent stay! The location is simply perfect — close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, markets and tourist spots. Ideal for those who want to explore the city on foot. The cost-benefit is also worth mentioning: the price is fair and compatible with the quality of the accommodation. The environment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

Arturo always responded to us promptly even early in the morning. He was a super friendly host and provided clear instructions. Amenities were comprehensive, and the location was good. Convenient and walkable to many major attractions and some lovely neighborhoods like Lastarria.

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s apartment. It is in a perfect location, very walkable with cute restaurants and a market right down the street. I would highly recommend this flat! Christian was even kind enough to let us check out an hour late which was much appreciated.
