Paz is an excellent host. She left the check-in instructions very clear and responded promptly and kindly. There was a small problem with the chapa (which was not dependent on her as it was new and came with damage) and she immediately sent two people to fix it, very diligent and concerned about the comfort of her guests, even when we delivered the apartment continued in contact and explained what happened to us. Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and central. Highly recommended.

I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Amazing, I was two months and felt right at home. The apartment is beautiful and has everything one needs. It's close to the red line subway, and close to lots of places. Cynthia's apartment highly recommended!! It was a pleasure to have been there for these two months.

I really liked the listing. The door system bothered me a little bit, but it's more of a cultural challenge. (I was stuck outside, but there was a spare key at the gatehouse). I heard that the region is similar to downtown São Paulo, but I found it much safer. It is perhaps more dangerous for the Swedes and Danes, but for those who are Latino and know that you should not be walking with a cell phone on the street as if you were inside the house, it's okay. I found it very safe and very well located. Dica: have breakfast in the market. The surrounding cafes are very expensive: I spent more than 80 reais on a loaf of bread + crooked coffee in the cafe that is in front of the building.

I really enjoyed the stay at Fer's accommodation, he was always attentive. The location is super central, fully recommended.

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. A Carabineros station is very close, which adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping centers, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked most was the external area and that part of Santiago I love and it leaves me quiet, because I go to work. It's a premium location.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
