It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. The property is good, parking and living are easy, and despite some minor issues halfway through, the host always responds and takes care of it in the first place, which is very important!So I recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to stay warm. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded quickly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Lili's place was great. She is an amazing host. We love the very few hosts we've had like Lili that leave small things like oil, salt, pepper, a few snacks and small bottles of wine. She had great quality kitchenware and everything was clean and organized. I highly highly recommend her Airbnb. The neighborhood is definitely not as nice as others so just be careful walking at night. we had no problems. it's extremely close to the subway which took us everywhere we wanted to go for cheap!

everything is very clean and tidy, the only thing is that it is very close to the avenue and you can hear a lot of noise, the rest is fine.

I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches to book without fear. Wonderful Airbnb in a perfect location! We arrived to a clean and warm space.

I felt at home right away at Irene's place. It's clean, ample space, and the best part, is that it was <8 minute walk to the metro station. It's a quiet, peaceful, residential, safe area and I got very used to the place. The concierge folks are extremely nice and helpful. Irene herself is a great host -- very on top of things, responded to my questions quickly, and checked in during my stay which was very kind. Hope to stay here again if I return!

Great place, a little outside from the busy city which was great.

The details make the difference, despite being in the heart of Santiago, it is quite quiet and not noisy, when entering the apartment the aroma of the environment is exquisite and that is already a plus, finely selected decoration, necessary utensils for everything, even board games and a small terrace with a dim light for a nightly evening with a view of the city.. Super Pleasant! I recommend it 100% Valid to repeat!

Since our arrival, Carolina made us feel very welcome with details such as water, a Chilean wine that we greatly appreciated, and recommendations for restaurants and cafes that turned out to be excellent. The accommodation was impeccable, with beautiful decor that created a very cozy atmosphere. Everything was carefully thought out to make us feel at home.
