We had a wonderful experience at this place. The house is very comfortable, cozy and comes with everything you need to enjoy as a family. Especially for the tub with tempered water, ideal for enjoying the sunset. The ocean view is spectacular, and the campfire area was perfect for closing nights in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the location allows to visit Matanzas within an hour. Dominique was very kind and helpful from the first moment, which made everything even easier. We didn't need to turn on the fireplace, but knowing it was available was a plus. We hope to return soon. This place is really a gem, very well cared for!

The house is very nice, the view of the city was the best, everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Nicole was very cordial, and she was attentive to everything. I totally recommend this place. We had a great rest.

The stay was wonderful. The house has a beautiful view of the forest and the sea; it is comfortable, cozy and super well equipped. Heating and wifi work perfectly. Julio is an excellent host, responds quickly and provides all the information necessary for the proper functioning of the house. We really enjoyed the view in the middle of the forest. It is highly recommended place.

We stayed over the weekend to attend a concert and we were delighted. We felt very comfortable and safe. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with everything listed and incredibly clean. It was wonderful to arrive and feel at home. We find a clean place, with a very pleasant aroma in the environment! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and so are the bathrooms. Despite being Autumn and the weather being colder, we had no need to use heating and/or air conditioning since the sun warmed the place perfectly. A wonderful view and environment, close access and a sense of security. I hope to return as soon as possible when I have to visit Santiago! Infinitely grateful for the kindness and willingness of Daniela and Alejandro.

I had an excellent stay! The location is simply perfect — close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, markets and tourist spots. Ideal for those who want to explore the city on foot. The cost-benefit is also worth mentioning: the price is fair and compatible with the quality of the accommodation. The environment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Our stay with Erwin was a great experience. Check in and out were smooth and easy, and Erwin was easily accessible at all times approaching and during our stay. Erwin helped our group with tour guides, dinner recommendations, laundry and more. The apartment itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the city and lake. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

It was a pleasure to stay here, a very clean place, with basic things like salt, quix, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, towels, hair dryer and hair straightener among others. The washing machine was very useful, clothesline. Very clean beds, with warm blankets, the sofa bed is fully usable, it was used for three nights for a child and he slept super well, Fast Internet. Good communication with the host, concerned, attentive to the check-in, also to know how we were. It was very nice to be able to stay in this place, we traveled as a family for medical reasons and the location with the clinic made it much easier. Lots of shops nearby, supermarkets, pharmacies, sushi, Oxxo, etc. We would definitely stay again. Recommended to the community.

Great place, very clean, organized, it is compact, but it is easy to identify the place, easy check-in, hot water, gas, various utensils. Great location with a few blocks from the Santa Isabel subway, corner with pharmacies, conveniences around. I recommend it 100%. Amazing view of the mountains too.
