Beautiful apartment in Altos de San Alfonso Condominium (opposite San Alfonso). It is 100% furnished, central heating, beds for 8 people, beautiful panoramic ocean view, very spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), terrace and 2 parking lots. A condominium steps away from the beach, close to downtown and has 3 swimming pools, large green areas, barbecue areas (you can't barbecue in the apartment), tennis courts, a multi-court and game rooms with table soccer and ping pong.

Acogedor departamento en 7mo piso (cuenta con malla de seguridad para niños en terraza) consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 2 estacionamientos subterráneos lo que lo hace ideal para ir en familia o grupos de amigos. Muy luminoso y bien ventilado tiene hermosas vistas hacia el mar, la piscina navegable y el campo. Completamente equipado para 6 adultos cuenta con TV Cable en todas las habitaciones e Internet WiFi en el lobby del edificio (no en el dpto. Las redes móviles funcionan bien).

Excelente lugar para pasear y descansar junto a la familia y amigos. Accesos habilitados para personas con silla de ruedas. Piscina habilitada conforme lo disponga la administración general.

It was one of the best experiences I had on Airbnb. The Apartamento do Sebastian is divine, well located, with an incredible view, with perfect size for a family with 2 children or two couples, equipped kitchen, balcony with barbecue, warmer for colder days, a sunset to be envious. The only regret is that it didn't stay a few more days there. The region has excellent restaurants, including within the condominium. communication with Sebastian was very fluid and fast, always very proactive, even suggested that we were in his Kayak. Worth every minute and the stay was wonderful. There is a supermarket in the front that you can walk to buy groceries and be experiencing the largest swimming pool in the world was high magic for us and for children.
