The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

The place reflects what was reported in the listing, in fact maybe it's more cute in real life !! Very warm apartment (welcome because we stayed in January!!), comfortable, very close to the Maneggio and also to the Bottero gondola, the village is a few minutes away from a pleasant walk. Equipped with everything you need, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Large living room, with a 4-seater sofa! Lots of closets and hangers (👏🏻) , comfortable double bed, on the other hand, the bunk bed has a net and mattresses that should be revised and a little too mobile ! Even though my 8-year-old had fun going up and down. The furniture in general is mountain, not pretentious but functional. Armored front door. Practical lounger with sun loungers.

Good value for money, and convenient location for the needs of our stay. Supermarket and market nearby. Responsive and cordial host. Warning: if you arrive by train, get off at Nice Ville and take the tram to get closer to where the key is, because by choosing Nice Riquier (closer to the apartment's address, and very convenient afterwards if you go to Eze, Vintimille, etc.) you will have to make a fairly long detour in the opposite direction of the apartment to retrieve the key, on foot and with your luggage.
