We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and roomy. We were a group of 3 couples and never felt too crowded. Pool was great and just the right temperature. Cape Coral has so many great restaurants it's hard to pick. Really a great area. Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Cape Coral.

The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would give Matt and his home 10. The home was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Matt’s attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

CoralVilla listing was exactly what we found when we got there. The pool area was where we spent most of our time while at the house. Great amenities and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Paul’s place in Cape Coral. There were four adults and two kids and we had lots of room. Having a pool was so helpful with two kids on the trip and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially since the nights were cool when we visited. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was spotless, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen came with more equipment and supplies than some other Florida Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The BBQ by the bar doesn’t work, but there is another one in a different location (we didn’t end up using it). If you’d like the pool heated you can arrange this with Paul ahead of time for an additional fee. He was always very responsive whenever I reached out and lovely. A beautiful spot.

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

The place was very spacious. Lots of stairs because of multiple levels. This was not a bad thing. Could see the gulf from the patio. Was an easy walk to the gulf. Probably could label the remotes because I didn’t realize the one was for the cool fire pits. We all enjoyed and had a great time at this place.

Great place right on the canals of Cape Coral, kids loved the pool, lots of close fun activities to do close by. Would stay again.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.
