Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sanibel Island

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Our stay at Wischis Florida Home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful details throughout the home. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely pool area where we spent most of our time soaking up the sun. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. If you're looking for a stress-free and luxurious vacation rental, Wischis Vacation Home is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Very clean and the house smell so good. Victor is very responsible and helpful. I would stay here in a heart beat.

The place is as shown in pictures. House is tastefully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen with what you could possibly need to cook. Very comfortable living room area, felt like home with all the reclining furniture. Pool area is beautiful. Where we spent most of our time. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to store's and restaurants. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Our stay here was wonderful! We brought our 2 daughters10&14) and there was plenty of space, beautiful pool and views of the canal. Sunsets were beautiful here! The host was very responsive with the entire process. One of the smoke detectors had a low battery and was beeping. I called and within an hour they were there to fix it. I highly recommend renting this home you won’t regret it! We would absolutely rent this house again.

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!
