Villa holiday rentals in Sanibel Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

La maison est toute neuve, moderne, belle et spacieuse. Dans un environnement calme au bout d'une impasse. Le point fort c'est la piscine, très longue, avec un spa et une zone de détente idéale pour les bébés et les jeunes enfants. Les pièces sont grandes et tout y est très bien aménagé. Une télécommande vous permettra d'utiliser le garage. Un ponton privé agrémente l'accès au canal pour y pratiquer la pêche ou accoster un bateau. Contrairement à ce que montre les photos, une autre construction a été édifiée juste à côté, c'est mieux qu'un terrain vague. En face de l'autre côté du canal c'est encore un terrain vierge mais plus pour longtemps j'imagine. La maison est située sur la 27ème rue, c'est un peu excentré mais très facile d'accès par Cape Coral Parkway. Un gros point positif pour les famille c'est le parc situé à quelques minutes à pieds, il est immense ! On aurait juste aimé une chaise haute et un lit bébé, car difficile à emporter en avion, sinon c'était parfait.

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved the great location—so convenient between the beach and downtown. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a great layout and spacious common area. The well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool items were a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely stay again in the future!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Tom und Rachel, die wir in eurem Haus verbringen konnten! Es war nach 3 Wochen roadtripp einfach toll bei euch anzukommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Pool so sehr genossen. Für meine Mutter war es ein Traum! Sie wollte eigentlich die Euer Haus die ganze Woche nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren aber doch froh uns für die Poolheizung entschieden zu haben. Auch mit eurer Idee bezüglich der Poolabdeckeng! Es war herrlich und alles wie beschrieben. Wir wünschen Euch auch weiterhin sehr zufriedene Gäste. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch…. Bitte sagt den anderen Mietern, dass die Feuermelder sehr sensibel sind. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr erschrocken, als plötzlich 3 Männer von der Feuerwehr am Haus waren. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin!!!!!

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. Great place right on the canals of Cape Coral, kids loved the pool, lots of close fun activities to do close by. Would stay again.

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

We've done four AirBnB stays in Naples over the last four years and this was by far the best location and best amenities (the pool was fantastic). It was very homey and comfortable and well stocked with supplies. Definitely would stay there again.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was perfect and roomy. We were a group of 3 couples and never felt too crowded. Pool was great and just the right temperature. Cape Coral has so many great restaurants it's hard to pick. Really a great area. Would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Cape Coral.

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.

Budget friendly great area close to everything. Pool was great. multiple BBQ 's with a nice Lani. Typical SWFL layout of the open and spacious. Great home to entertain and sleep 6 comfortability if needed. Will definitely book again!
