Beach house holiday rentals in Sandy Hook Bay

Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

We had a fantastic stay in Seabrite! The home is as described—clean, comfortable inside with nice backyard patio and 2 front porches. The house is full of thoughtful touches and has EVERYTHING you need for a summer or winter get away. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the center of town Once the car is parked you can put away the keys until its time to leave. Check-in was a breeze. The host David is communicative and kind throughout the entire stay. We love this house and highly recommend it to others. Already booked for next year.

Catherine's place was INCREDIBLE. We stayed for two nights, the space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Catherine was very responsive to any questions we had (which weren't many because she had us very well prepared with her great communication. Beach right across the road, ferry to the city a few blocks down. Such a peaceful spot - couldn't recommend more!

We had a great time staying here! The house was so close to the beach, super clean, everything was setup for our needs, they made it feel at home and so easy for a quick great beach getaway! We walked to a ton of great restaurants and even on a rainy weekend there was enough to do to still have a great time! Stefania was communicative and everything was exactly as described. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, organized, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby and plenty of amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay at George’s was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool and yard gave us the space we needed to enjoy a bachelorette weekend. There were plenty of beds and space to relax within the home as well. Would definitely come back!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love the Stockton! Everything is exactly as described and I have only stayed at one other place where the cleanliness was so thorough. Matt was super responsive to any concerns we had and it was so easy to find a resolution. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone. As beautiful as the place is, make sure to get outside and check out the area. It’s a whole experience and we are so grateful for our time there!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more.
