House holiday rentals in Sandringham

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

The place was smaller than expected on arrival however the area was so well set out that it proved itself. Tasteful and clean with a lovely outdoor area and only a short hop to fantastic restaurants and shopping. Plenty of free parking for my large vehicle as well as rear private Parking Loved it We loved it

Thanks Liz for having us stay in your lovely home, moments to the water, black rock village and Beaumaris concourse. We were able to enjoy the beauty of Beaumaris with your place as our base. The large yard was great for our kids and dog too.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was great—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet street, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet just a short walk to local cafes and restaurants. The location was ideal, and we really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend!

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Perfect stay. House was as described and immaculately clean. Great location, 5 minute walk to Bentleigh Station (approx 30 mins to Flinders St) local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Rebecca was really responsive and helpful. As is typical for Melbourne properties of this age the house was not centrally heated but bedroom heaters and units in the lounge and kitchen kept the house warm. Lovely garden and plentiful parking. Recommended.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

We loved staying at Cal's place. It's always nice staying at an Airbnb which feels like someone's home, not just a company managing it. Its a beautifully renovated space and looks exactly like the photos. The location is great, walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as an easy 2minute walk to the train station to get to the city. The linen was comfy and fluffy doonas to boot! Plenty of parking. The fire and coffee machine are a nice touch. We loved it here. Thanks for having us.
