Hammer! Small loft, but you have so much space. The kitchen small but still great! in the small town very central! The only thing is the driveway for parking, but quickly gets used to it. Would book it again at any time

David and Vittoria take great care to ensure a positive experience at their beautiful Tuscany home. David welcomed us after our harrowing day in Pisa and we felt at ease and welcomed immediately. Borgo dei fondi is the quintessential Tuscany home, peaceful, beautiful, surrounded by nature, with relaxing and fun amenities like the pool, bbq and outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to come home to and relax after day trips to Florence and Siena and equally wonderful to just stay put for a day and enjoy the tranquility. We highly, highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The kids had an absolute blast swimming and playing for hours, and we loved relaxing by the poolside. The host was very accommodating, and the apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and make more memories here. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Easy to check in and always available for any question

Giulia is an extremely friendly, helpful and reserved host. Your place is exactly what we were looking for: surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos but close to everything. Despite being in the middle of the countryside, the directions provided allowed us to arrive easily. Giulia lives upstairs with the rented property, so you can't be alone if you need it. The MTB trails are very close, we have always left the car in the parking lot. For the east of the island you are really barycentric for every place. Plus: In the kitchen there are also glasses: for us, who are wine lovers, it was a pleasant surprise!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela's place. The apartment is extremely well maintained, well located for visiting the surroundings of Tuscany and Umbria. The magnificent swimming pool is a real plus when you come back from a walk and want to cool off. The small downside, the house is not well soundproofed, the slamming of the front door because of the comings and goings of the residents is the only inconvenience of this pleasant Airbnb. A great place to share with friends!

Very nice house. Very nice welcome from our host's in-laws. They were always available and thoughtful although they only speak Italian. The location of the accommodation is ideal between Siena and Florence. Lots of pretty villages nearby.

Thanks Berith, we felt very comfortable! The apartment is stylishly furnished and very tidy. I slept great on the mattress. Meta was always available when we had questions. Great were the tips and hints in the booklet on site. Glad to come back!

Staying with Carmine is top. We have been to Carmine and Alessandra in Certaldo for a month (mid-April / mid-May) and we can recommend that to everyone. Not only the reception ( in our case very late) was incredibly warm, but throughout our stay we felt very comfortable, this host is always open to questions, is proactive with giving information, tips about everything like where it is nice / tasty/ beautiful to visit. In addition, the house is very nice, it is great in the Tuscan hill country, between the wine and olive farmers, nice beds (we always find important especially if you are staying there longer) and really good Wi-Fi which was important for us to be able to work from here. The location is perfect. You are close to Florence, Siena, Pisa, and many special other villages/towns that are more than worth visiting. The month was over too soon! If we visit Tuscany again for sure with Carmine and Alessandra!

We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. Beautiful apartment located in the middle of a historic village. We were a group of 5 people and we used all the services indicated (kitchen, bathrooms, spaces, etc.) without any problems. The village's location is very strategic for visiting the surrounding cities and winery areas. Thanks Marta, see you soon.

We stayed at the Flaminia property with our 13-year-old daughter and we had a great time. Flaminia is friendly, attentive and very helpful. The beds are really very comfortable and their bio lake is a fabulous surprise. The apartment was in line with the photos and it was a wonderful stay. Thank you, Flaminia 🥰
