Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday), contact me for exceptions.

Ubicata all'ombra della pineta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (5 min) e dalla passeggiata di Marina di Castagneto dove si trovano negozi, ristoranti e altri locali pubblici. La villetta è composta al piano terra da soggiorno-pranzo, cucina, bagnetto di servizio-lavanderia; al primo piano 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con box doccia.
