Monthly Rentals in San Terenzo

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Very nice and clean apartment, very central location.

We had a wonderful stay in Giuliana's flat. It's a place that doesn't feel like a holiday rental, but a real home. All the rooms are well furnished and there's really nothing missing. You feel right at home. The location is ideal and the car park in front of the house is a real plus. About 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and the beach, but there are two free shuttle buses that can take you there and to other nearby towns such as Lerici. San Terenzo is quiet and less touristy than other towns in the area, so if you prefer less crowded places this is the one for you!

Great apartment with lots of space with just a 5 minute walk to beaches and restaurants. The building is a bit older, but the apartment inside is updated and very comfortable. The one-way street is the main ingress into San Terenzo so you might hear a bit of traffic, but nothing really to worry about. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each afternoon and watching the locals coming back from work. The area is nice and quiet at night.
