Ottima accoglienza, casa freschissima, zanzariere ovunque, patio verde, fiorito, fresco e comodo, camere senza luce diretta, ma ne eravamo consapevoli leggendo l'annuncio e ciò permetteva una temperatura costante molto gradevole. In più l'areazione delle finestrelle era perfetta e non creava ristagno d'aria. La posizione è perfetta per andare a piedi al mare e a piedi in paese al ristorante. Luogo ideale di partenza per chi, come noi, ama fare trekking. Ci hanno accolto i genitori di Eleonora che ringraziamo per la loro gentilezza. Eleonora ci ha sempre risposto in pochissimo tempo dandoci tutte le informazioni e rispondendo alle nostre richieste. Casa che consiglio, abbiamo trascorso lì una splendida settimana

Joan is an experienced and very friendly host. She was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for the area and local restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including some lovely extras. The location in San Pantaleo is excellent — a beautiful little village where everything is easily accessible from the apartment. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was also very convenient. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay again anytime.

We had a lovely stay in Romina's place with our 15-month old daughter. The location was great for both walking to the beach and town centre. We could cook our own meals on the gas hob or go out to the excellent restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfy and the outside area lovely for morning breakfast, or relaxing with a glass of Vermentino after a day exploring the beautiful beaches and walks.

Ci siamo trovati divinamente bene in una zona tranquilla, con tanto di giardino recintato utile al gioco dei bambini; ingresso all'appartamento indipendente con tavolo e sdraio esterni senza ed ampio spazio privo di sguardi indiscreti: si può tranquillamente uscire in mutande che nessuno vicino può vedere... parcheggio auto davanti all'ingresso. spiagge raggiungibili a 15 minuti d'auto. superstrada attaccata a casa. Regna la tranquillità di sera, con un buio profondo privo di illuminazione pubblica e privata, con un cielo stellatossimo.

Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Insbesondere das Bad ist erste Klasse. Von der Veranda und Terrasse lässt sich den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen und der Blick und die kurze Distanz zum Meer sind einfach toll. Stefania ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans la maison de Myriam, entourés de petites montagnes et au calme. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou en amoureux.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Sabrina, le logement est impeccable et situé à proximité de belles plages, et loin de la foule. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et on été aux petits soins avec nous nous vous le recommandons vivement

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Le logement est spacieux ( sauf la chambre des enfants) Il est situé dans un petit village typique très joli qui vaut la peine d'être vu et visité. L'accès est compliqué la première fois mais on s'y habitue ( on trouve des places de parking plus facile d'accès dans la rue en dessous sinon ) Il manque plusieurs agencements ou équipements ( un tire- bouchon par exemple ! ), Martina va corriger ( c'est un nouveau logement) Martina est une personne avenante et agréable qui a répondu à nos questions et elle nous a donné des adresses de visites, fêtes locales, restaurants... Nous avons apprécié le séjour et nos échanges. Il y a une petite supérette a quelques mètres a pieds en descendant du logement, des petits bars agréables et des restaurants dans le village ( accessible à pieds aussi) La terrasse avec vue sur mer est très jolie mais trop proche de celle des voisins à mon goût... Seul petit bémol à ce séjour, des voisins bien trop bruyants ( Martina ny peut rien malheureusement)

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excepcional, y tener cochera es un gran plus. Es tal cual las fotos. Además los servicios : internet, cocina, lavandería, lavaplatos, etc… funcionan muy bien.

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern einen tollen dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Villa Sofia. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, es ist keine Luxusimmobilie, aber eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der man nahezu alles vorfindet, was man (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) benötigt. Die Lage ist toll, die Freifläche ums Haus herum super, weil die Kids auch mal alleine spielen und entdecken können. Der Weg zum Strand ist unschlagbar kurz und auch für einen 2-jährigen gut machbar. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Wohnung als solche und auch sonst das Haus extrem hellhörig ist. Wir waren die meiste Zeit alleine, aber bei gleichzeitigen Vermietungen ist man definitiv sehr auf gegenseitige Rücksicht angewiesen. Leider war der nahegelegene Supermarkt in der Vorsaison (bis 05.06.) noch geschlossen und auch die Restaurants öffneten erst nach und nach. Simone hatte aber tolle Tipps und war auch jederzeit super hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank - wir kommen gern wieder!!

Casa molto accogliente. Facile da raggiungere e in una posizione davvero strategica, situata nel pieno centro, con tutto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa molto pulita. Il posto auto privato è stato un grande valore aggiunto, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più pratico. Grazie di cuore a Mirko e Luca per l’ospitalità!

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Gabriella ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und hat uns kleine Willkommensgrüße in der Küche bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundschaftlich. Gabriella hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben Restaurants, Ausflüge und diese auch für uns reserviert. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen auf einem top gepflegten Grundstück mit traumhaften Garten sowie tollem Pool, besser geht nicht. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ganz herzlichen Dank für einen unvergesslichen und rundum perfekten Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können Gabriella und Ihre Familie als Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Emanuele è stato molto gentile, la casa è veramente fornita di tutto. Supermercati e bar a due passi da casa. Per arrivare al centro di san Teodoro solo 8 min in macchina, ottima posizione. Per arrivare la spiaggia più vicina ci vogliono meno di 10 min raggiungibili in macchina. Consigliata al 100%

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Nos encantó el alojamiento de Marco. Está en una urbanización preciosa y muy bien cuidada con piscina. Hay una playa maravillosa a 5 minutos a pie, playa con muy poca gente :) En cuanto al apartamento es muy completo, con una terraza con unas vistas muy bonitas y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Hay algunas cosas que se deberían ir renovando como el colchón de la habitación de arriba y los ventiladores que en los meses de calor son necesarios y no funcionan demasiado bien. Pero en general, un alojamiento fantástico y para repetir!!!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Micheles Haus verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund vor Ort, der sich im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!

Это был прекрасный опыт. Заселение прошло без задержки. На ресепшене любезно объяснили правила проживания, а так же дали рекомендации по всему необходимому в округе и лучшим местам для посещения. Номера просторные и комфортные, с собственной кухней, холодильником и плитой. Посуда первой необходимости так же присутствовала. В округе очень живописные места, есть куда прогуляться, потрясающие пляжи!

Séjour parfait chez Mauro, très réactif, très gentil, toujours disponible à la moindre question. Très grande gentillesse également de la dame qui assure le Check in et Check out. Appartement très bien équipé, d’une propreté absolue, très calme et proche de tout. Situation idéale pour découvrir le Nord Est de la Sardaigne, que ce soit la côte sauvage avec ses paysages à couper le souffle ou les plages de sable fin, les criques à l’eau turquoise, les excursions, etc…. Séjour trop court, tant il y a de beautés à voir ! Je reviendrai !
