Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Sonia was the best host we could ever ask for!! The place was in a prime location and spotless. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place!

We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Partially also better than in the reviews. The view of the sea was wonderful. The facility was well maintained. Nearby were beautiful beaches like White Beach. We will be happy to come back.

For us as a family very practical with 2 rooms (for our child). The outdoor area is also beneficial with children to play outside. Only to note (not to be criticized), you pay attention to the many mosquitoes and should be equipped well beforehand, we were literally "attacked" outside. But all the mosquito nets on the windows were an advantage so that they could also be left open at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

A wonderful stay that feels homely. Everything is available to celebrate holidays but also to prepare meals yourself. Some beach gear from previous guests, also very handy. Left our umbrella:) Two bedrooms and on the second bedroom three beds was perfect for us. Most enjoyed the outdoor space, large and cozy!A nice garden that can be closed to the pool. Everything has been thought about and present. Walking distance to a nice little supermarket and by car 10 minutes to the beach or downtown San Teodoro. Think carefully about the protection of mosquitoes because there are plenty of them. Attention is paid to that too!Finally, a lovely and well-preserved swimming pool which was a paradise for our daughters!It is somewhat noisy by the other guests from above and next to but not disturbing. Very nice and sweet host with good tips in the area.

Set in a lovely garden setting the apartment is a quiet and peaceful location to explore the wonderful region. Laura is a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

We stayed with Carlo and Graziella for 4 nights. The location of the house is very convenient for reaching beautiful beaches, which the hosts are ready to recommend. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay, in the house we found everything we needed. There was excellent communication with the hosts from the start, who always responded quickly to our doubts/questions. We spent a week in Sara's home. The house is in a perfect location, beach and downtown is walkable. It was super clean and fresh. We had asked for towels and linens in advance and that was neatly ready, the beds were even made when we arrived. It was very nice communicating with Sara, it was even possible to check in earlier. Due to Easter and low season, many activities and restaurants were closed unfortunately. Sara gave us some nice tips on what we could do in the area. Tip, make sure you have a rental car so you can visit other places as well. There are super many beautiful beaches in the area but these can only be reached by car.

My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. A big hug to Martina and her whole family 🥰

We had a great stay at Rominas apartment. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is perfectly located 10 min walk to the town centre and 5 min walk to La Cinta beach. Safe car parking and a very peaceful neighbourhood made this a perfect place for our stay in San Teodoro. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to San Teodoro!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended
