We had a great time at Marcella's house. The house is equipped with everything a family needs. The garden is a dream. We and our dog felt very comfortable and would recommend the house to anyone with a clear conscience. The location is great. The beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Marcella and Anna who welcomed us in the house were very nice, and always available for questions. Thank you for letting us check in at 8 a.m. and stay in the house until 5 p.m. on the day of departure. We had a great time in Sardinia

Walter and his location are perfect, the first available, friendly, he recommended a couple of places to eat and welcomed us personally into the house explaining everything we needed to know to stay calm. The second is very nice, clean and in a quiet location, total silence and convenient to reach wonderful places. In short, go visit him!!!!!

2nd time staying in Elena’s home and just as great as the first time! Well looked after home and super easy to navigate. Great location - close to all the wonderful Gelato shops! Will be back for sure!

We can only praise the stay at marisa in the highest terms. From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful, flexible and always available - whether it was check-in & out times or spontaneous questions, she was always there and reacted quickly. Her proactive nature is particularly noteworthy: she sent great discounts for local beaches on her own initiative – a super nice gesture. The accommodation was as described, well maintained and perfectly located. Thanks to their hospitality, we felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment.

Simone's place is in one of the best locations in La Maddalena, 50m from the port, restaurants, and shops, yet it is private and relatively quiet. The air conditioning was a great addition! We were pleasantly surprised by the size and airiness of the apartment, which looked even better than in the photos on the Airbnb site. Great value for money too!

My partner and I spent the month of May and the beginning of June in this villa surrounded by the beautiful nature of Capo Coda Cavallo. The view from the patio was enchanting: sea, hills, mountains, sunsets. The period was ideal, as the masses of tourists still did not crowd this area of Sardinia, so we could enjoy nature, silence, tranquility (it was exactly what we were looking for). The villa has a small garden where my cat could happily wander. The scent of jasmine and myrtle was predominant. The house had everything you needed to live comfortably: washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, smart TV, good internet connection. A special thanks to Mr. Nicola, the on-site factotum on behalf of the owners, who assisted us with every need. Thanks also to the owners who were available and always courteous.

Antonio's place is within walking distance of the center of San Teodoros. Everything you need in everyday use is there. The neighborhood itself is quiet, you only hear the nightclub in the distance from time to time, but that was no further disturbing for us. The communication with Antonio is friendly and straightforward. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly. We felt right at home and would come back anytime!!

Relaxing stay with everything you need! Good basic amenities and nice that the resort still has a small shop!

This Airbnb was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. We were able to do our laundry after 1 week of traveling already. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, everything was clean. TVs were easy to use. Hosts were very responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Friendly, generous and very flexible host, we were allowed to do a very late checkout. A lot of equipment, we were allowed to use everything. Perfect for 6 people, we felt very comfortable.

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay in Olbia thanks to Floriana and Kristiana - they were super responsive, gave us amazing reccomendations and the flat was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would come again and reccomend to my friends!

Very well located and clean accommodation. Walking distance from multiple restaurants and a 5 min drive from the beach. We found this ideal for a holiday with our young children. Very quiet overnight, good neighbourhood. Host is helpful and communicative. Recommended.

The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

We were very satisfied with the location and privacy of the accommodation. The humidity caused dampness in the house, but we ventilated everything and it was good. We have a big complaint about the beds, they are not comfortable at all. The beach is a short distance from the house and beautiful .. it is good to take shoes with you into the water. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Thank you Claudia for everything and if you change the beds we will be regular clients.

Great place in an amazing location!

We had a great time at Tania's house. It was exactly like in the pictures, children's ad. The communication was super easy and the check in was very straightforward. I can recommend the place.

We stayed at Riccardos place for a week on our family vacation. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Area is very quiet, ideal for a family trip, beach is only 2min away and swimming pool 5min walking distance from the apartment. Good restaurant on site and small Coffee shop about 1km away. Car needed because there is no grocery shop around. Great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Sardinia.

Communication with Maria was flawless. His employee Domenico was very helpful on site. The place was great. The description says there is only one outdoor shower available, but there is also a normal shower in the bathroom, which surprised us positively!
