Excellent welcome, very cool house, mosquito nets everywhere, green patio, flowery, cool and comfortable, rooms without direct light, but we were aware of this by reading the ad and this allowed a very pleasant constant temperature. In addition, the ventilation of the windows was perfect and did not create air stagnation. The location is perfect for walking to the sea and to the village restaurant. An ideal starting point for those who, like us, love to go trekking. We were welcomed by Eleonora's parents, whom we thank for their kindness. Eleonora always responded to us in no time, giving us all the information and answering our requests. House that I recommend, we spent a wonderful week there

Joan is an experienced and very friendly host. She was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for the area and local restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including some lovely extras. The location in San Pantaleo is excellent — a beautiful little village where everything is easily accessible from the apartment. Having a parking spot right in front of the house was also very convenient. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay again anytime.

We had a lovely stay in Romina's place with our 15-month old daughter. The location was great for both walking to the beach and town centre. We could cook our own meals on the gas hob or go out to the excellent restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfy and the outside area lovely for morning breakfast, or relaxing with a glass of Vermentino after a day exploring the beautiful beaches and walks.

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

The house has everything you need. In particular, the bathroom is first class. From the veranda and terrace you can enjoy the sun all day and the view and the short distance to the sea are just great. Stefania is a very accommodating host.

Incredibly beautifully furnished, great view of the rocks, peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed it very much. The mom welcomes you and is super sweet! Wifi was rather weak, but did not bother us. Extremely clean! All in all, it was the most beautiful and cleanest accommodation in Sardinia.

We spent 2 nights at Sabrina's, the accommodation is impeccable and located close to beautiful beaches, and far from the crowds. Our hosts welcomed us very well and were very attentive to us we highly recommend it

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

The place is spacious ( except the children's room) It is located in a small typical very pretty village that is worth seeing and visiting. Access is complicated the first time but you get used to it (there are parking spaces easier to access on the street below otherwise ) Several arrangements or equipment are missing ( a corkscrew for example! ), Martina will correct ( this is a new place) Martina is a friendly and pleasant person who answered our questions and she gave us places of visits, local parties, restaurants... We enjoyed the stay and our interactions. There is a small convenience store a few meters walk down the accommodation, nice little bars and restaurants in the village (within walking distance too) The sea view terrace is very pretty but too close to the neighbors' terrace for my liking... Only small downside to this stay, neighbors too noisy ( Martina ny can't help it unfortunately)

Very cozy house. Easy to reach and in a really strategic location, located in the center, with everything easily accessible on foot. The house is very clean. The private parking space was a great added value, making the stay even more practical. Heartfelt thanks to Mirko and Luca for their hospitality!

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Gabriella is a perfect hostess. She greeted us personally and provided us with small welcome greetings in the kitchen. We felt comfortable immediately, the reception was very warm and friendly. Gabriella gave us great tips for restaurants, excursions and also reserved these for us. She was always available and took great care of us. The accommodation is beautifully located on a top well-maintained property with a fantastic garden and a great pool, it doesn't get any better. The place is even nicer than the pictures. Thank you very much for an unforgettable and all-round perfect vacation, we will definitely come back and can highly recommend Gabriella and her family as hosts.

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach. 100% recommended

We loved Marco's space. It is in a beautiful and well maintained development with a pool. There is a wonderful beach within a 5 minute walk, beach with very few people :) As for the apartment, it is very complete, with a terrace with very nice views and everything you need for your stay. There are some things that should be renovated like the mattress in the room above and the fans that in the hot months are necessary and do not work too well. But overall, a great place to stay and to repeat!!!

We had a wonderful week at Micheles's place. Everything you need is available in the house. The interior design is very tasteful. We were on site with a small dog who felt very comfortable in the garden.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!

It was a wonderful experience. Check in was no delay. At the reception, they kindly explained the rules of residence, as well as gave recommendations on everything necessary in the area and the best places to visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with their own kitchen, fridge and stove. The essentials were also present. The area has very picturesque places, there is a place to walk, amazing beaches!

Perfect stay at Mauro's, very responsive, very kind, always available for any questions. Very great kindness also from the lady who ensures the Check in and Check out. Very well equipped apartment, absolutely clean, very quiet and close to everything. Ideal location to discover the North East of Sardinia, whether it is the wild coast with its breathtaking landscapes or sandy beaches, turquoise water coves, excursions, etc. Stay too short, as there are beauties to see! I'll be back!
