I had a wonderful time in this apartment in Barcelona. The photos accurately depict the beautiful space, and it is just as charming in person. The proximity to the sea is unbeatable, providing a breathtaking view and easy access to the beach. The owner was exceptionally attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. It's worth noting that in winter, the apartment can be a bit chilly, but this is a minor detail that couldn't spoil my overall impression. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona.

Lovely apartment - very close to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. Has a great kitchen and utilities closet equipped with everything you need. Lots of storage space for clothes. Great option for solos or couples that want to be close to the beach! It's a well laid-out apartment with lots of natural light and a Scandi minimal design. There is a good amount of storage space despite it being a small place. Manuel & Andrés were quick to answer messages and address any issues. Things to be aware of: - The fridge door can look like it's closed when it actually isn't – make sure to close it all the way! - It's on the fourth floor and the staircase is very narrow (like many other buildings in the neighborhood) so it can be tricky to bring large items up and down the stairs. Overall: highly recommended for the price and location!
