Monthly Rentals in San Nicolò a Tordino

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

This apartment is situated right in the historic centre of Teramo - so everything is around the corner. Quiet street, car parking available and the apartment was clean and very organised. Corrado is very friendly and accurate with his communication. A nice host, and I do recommend this place.

it was very quiet and a fantastic environment. we were warmly welcomed by Livio. got an explanation about everything that grew in the garden. we were very welcome . Livio made our stay unforgettable.
