Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen und tatsächlich zu Gast. Bianca ist wunderbar! Der Blick, der Pool, der Garten, das Haus, ein Kleinod! Schade, dass so weit weg - wir wollen bestimmt wieder kommen.

Lovely place with wonderful views, fabulous food and great host. Highly recommended. The area is superb - friendly people, stunning scenery, whilst not feeling overly touristy. Would definitely stay at Jos' place again when next in the area.

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbringen Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist unfassbar schön. Die Besitzer und Antonio der den Check in übernahm waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps was Strände Restaurants etc. betrifft Lg Familie König

La villa è veramente come appare nelle foto: assolutamente confortevole, fresca all’interno e piacevole negli spazi esterni. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, doppio bagno, cucina attrezzata e completa, due spazi esterni, uno principale ed uno “di servizio”, doccia CALDA all’esterno, lettini e dondolo in giardino, tende da sole e ventilatori per i caldi pomeriggi estivi in terrazza, attrezzature da spiaggia tra cui anche la canoa per brevi escursioni. La posizione è assolutamente invidiabile, a due passi reali dalla spiaggia di Acquappesa e vicina ad ogni necessità (macelleria, fruttivendolo, supermarket). E’ un po’ vicina ai binari del treno ma dopo poco non ci si fa più caso, visto il paradiso del comfort in cui si villeggia. Fabio è l’host dei desideri: attento, preciso, cordiale e simpaticissimo…una persona fuori dal comune. E stato veramente un piacere essere suoi ospiti: ci mancherà! Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare a riposare nella

Súper anfitrión, re amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte , el departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, quizás le falte mejorar algunas cosas como los mosquiteros o utensilios de cocina, pero al final hemos pasado una estancia tranquila .

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt rund um unsere Hochzeit am Strand in Maurizios wunderschönem Haus! Er ist ein toller und vor allem unkomplizierter Gastgeber und war auch immer gut erreichbar. Wir wurden mit einer riesigen Schüssel köstlicher Nektarinen aus dem eigenen Geschäft empfangen und haben viele wertvolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Produkte, die im Geschäft verkauft werden sind köstlich. Wir haben uns vor der Abreise noch mit viel N‘duja, Caciocavallo, Marmeladen und vielem mehr eingedeckt! ❤️ Pool und Garten, sowie das gesamte Haus waren sauber und gepflegt. Danke, lieber Maurizio, dass wir in deinem Haus sein durften! 😍 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Comincerei nel dire che Gigi è sua moglie sono delle persone Eccezionali Ottime persone ti danno degli ottimi consigli dove andare e dove mangiare tipo la scialuppa al porto oppure bella luccania a maratea sono Ottimi andateci. Gino e sua moglie sono stati carinissimi era il mio compleanno e mi hanno regalato una rosa raccolta dal loro giardino che mi sono riportata a roma. La casa ci sono tutti i confort. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

We had a lovely stay in the smaller house here, in amazing grounds. There are beaches, shops and restaurants all nearby but you do really need a car in Maratea! Alessandro and his family were brilliant, helpful and flexible

The view is spectacular. The house is updated and comfortable with the tremendous advantage of a parking place right out front. While it is difficult to explain, the place is private, without being uncomfortably so. It is in an unusual location, buy once you understand the layout of the roads, it is quite easy to find. There is a wonderful little town on the sea that has everything. We found ourselves there quite a bit: both for a stroll and for breakfast or dinner. If you want to explore, the roads are windy in this area of Italy, but awesomely breathtaking. The large beach area directly down from the apartment is beyond beautiful. We had no issues with the house or the area. Loved it. Thank you!

Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

First off it the place has a gorgeous view, especially from the upper terrace it's lovely. The village downhill is nice and small with good restaurants and pretty beaches. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed .

La nostra settimana nella casa vacanza di Pasquale è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, dove ogni dettaglio è stato curato con amore e attenzione. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. La casa è meravigliosamente attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Dalla cucina ben fornita agli spazi arredati con gusto, ogni angolo della casa riflette la dedizione e la cura dei proprietari. Pasquale e la sua compagna sono persone straordinarie, sempre disponibili e pronte a rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La loro gentilezza e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Sono stati un vero e proprio punto di riferimento, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza con un sorriso e una parola gentile. Grazie ❤️

Fijne accommodatie. Het was een beetje lastig om contact te leggen omdat de hoost geen Engels spreekt maar via Google translate ging het allemaal goed. Hij deed erg zijn best om het goed te doen

Giuseppe was very proactive, kind and helpful. Provided us with useful destinations (beaches, restaurants,..). We felt very welcomed at the place and the overall expirience was a positive one. The parking was sometimes a challenge but we made do. It was a well spent time on a beutiful place. Thank you Giuseppe.

Hôtesse très charmante et réactive! Rossana est toujours à l’écoute. Nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites alentours. La maison est très grande. Beaucoup d’espace pour plusieurs familles. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains. Très pratique! Campagne très agréable, à quelques minutes des services et commerces en ville. J’y retournerai volontiers!

Posto immerso nella natura incontaminata del pollino, casetta splendida per chi desidera relax e tranquillità, percorsi sul pollino distanti circa una mezzoretta di auto ma bel posto dove rilassarsi e rigenerarsi, Enza super accogliente e gentile, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta !!!! consigliatissima !!!!

Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

Casetta pulita e accogliente con uno splendido terrazzo soleggiato con vista sul Cristo di Maratea ed il mare. Posizione strategica comoda per il centro storico e le spiaggie. Riccardo molto gentile

B&B impeccabile: pulizia perfetta, arredamenti curati e di grande gusto. Host gentilissima e accogliente. Consigliato!
